MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL FOR DEFENDANTS (Assigned to the Hon. Janice Crawford)
Pursuant to Rule 5.3, Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure, Patrick R. MacQueen, Benjamin L. Gottlieb, and the law firm of MacQueen & Gottlieb, PLC (collectively “M&G”) hereby move this Court for an order granting permission to withdraw as attorneys of record for Defendants MARC ALLAN and LISA ALLAN (“Defendants”).
Counsel have moved to withdraw pursuant to ER 1.16(b)(6) and (7) of the Arizona Rules of Professional Conduct. Because of their duties of confidentiality set forth
ER 1.6, counsel is precluded from elaborating on those grounds in this motion. Should the Court request, they can provide that information to the Court ex parte.
