i wish there was more talk about the gagging aspect of throwing up . i feel like every time i go thru the tags its about burping before or after (which is also hot) . but i want 2 hear about gripping the toilet seat as you hunch over and choke on your own bile. better if you're gagging but nothing comes up even though you can feel it in your throat!

One of my first ever emeto fantasies was somebody forcefeeding me alcohol until I got sick, puking in an alleyway, and the person laughing at me and saying poor baby can't handle their liquor. Like. Thought about that shit for months. Got into a game just to write the scene for (game did NOT accept emeto (crying)). Sigh.

Edited now that I’m feeling better: Woke up with a hangover I deserved from having so many pints last night.
I was in bed, woke up early with the fear and started scrolling and trying to ignore the queasy feeling growing in my stomach. But, every smell and sound was soo intense, someone outside was mowing the lawn and the scent of freshly cut grass even turned my stomach.
I had the TV on too, and zoned out while I wrapped myself around a pillow. I could feel the pressure building in my stomach, bringing up whatever was left of pints and wine (why did I mix drinks? why did I smoke so much?). I had just hit record to complain about my queasy belly when my mouth started to water, and a sour taste overwhelmed me.
I pulled the bag open as quickly as I could, struggling with my gags getting more and more productive. The first time I gagged for real, a tiny, spitty gush of vomit landed on my arm as I tried to get the bag under my mouth in time (that little “oh”).
After the first gag, it started to come up more easily. I was half- sat up in bed, pillow still bunched between my legs, so it took some effort to get everything up from that position…. But it felt really good to ride the pillow while I brought up little hot mouthfuls of sick. I knew I wasn’t done yet, but I needed a break. I laid there and drifted into a weird fitful nap still holding the bag.

Favorito Feeling Sick Positions/Reactions
When a character is sick and he has an arm draped over his eyes while laying down, bonus for the other over his stomach
When they have a migraine and they’re pinching the bridge of their nose trying to stop the pain or rubbing their forehead/ temples or massaging the back of their neck
When a hand is on his upset stomach trying to massage it or something especially lying down
Laying down on a desk with their eyes closed arms either under the head or wrapped around their middle
Rubbing his chest from indigestion/acid reflux/nasty burp with a pained expression
Hand over mouth because they feel nauseous
Hand over top a caring character’s hand on his stomach~
I guess that’s all•

Food Poisoning
Seems as soon as yall asked, I was blessed with my first bout of food poisoning. I went golfing with some buddies and had a hot dog from the course snack shop. It tasted a little weird, but I didn’t think anything of it until 30 minutes later when my stomach felt like it was a washing machine. I kept drinking water to try to dampen the nausea….but that just resulted in me having a sloshy, queasy belly and sitting in front of my toilet as my stomach gurgled unhappily with me after I got home. I’ve never had food poisoning before this was interesting 😂

I'm in love with the idea of forcing someone to puke where you want. Like, you're cuddling with someone who's nauseous and ready to puke. Their face is buried in your chest, and you are petting their back and telling them it will be okay. It looks so wholesome and sweet, but you're also holding them tight enough that any of their weak efforts to move away are pointless, leading them to let it out all down your chest. Same goes for puking over your shoulder and down your back. You can also take someone's bucket from them at the last second. They grasp frantically at it but you've already tossed it to the other side of the room and their stomach is already starting to push all its contents up onto the bed sheets. They know they'd make more of a mess trying to fetch it, so they sit there pathetically, making a huge mess as they burp up puke onto the blankets. All of this would be easier to do with someone who's drunk. You could tell someone is about to puke so you position them over yourself on the bed, and in their delirious state, they puke all over you without even knowing what they're doing while you squirm in pleasure underneath them.

She's a 10 but sometimes she just gets nauseous for no reason which results in her being surprised by a wet gag and her dinner coming back up and her trying to cover her mouth desperately but that doesn't work and now the dinner that is coming up is splashing trough her fingers...

Imagine you're with a guy and he decides to drink a lot of alcohol and get real drunk while you haven't even touched the bottle. After a bit, he starts looking really queasy, and right when you can tell he's gonna puke, you press your lips to his. Too delirious to react, he vomits up all that undigested alcohol and his dinner into your mouth, and you manage to swallow down every last drop. Soon, you start feeling drunk yourself, drunk off his puke~
