question- if the puppet is fictional, not as in a puppet representing a fictional character, but as in a puppet that does not physically exist/is drawn, are we allowed to submit it?
I think I'll also take this on a case by case basis! I think I'd definitely allow that little bitch from the Goosebumps books for example.

are puppets from games (and don't truly exist) fair game or?
if so, do they have to be traditional puppets or puppets in the sense that they are inanimate objects controlled by an outside force?
Good question! I would say they have to be actual puppets, but any kind of puppet is okay! Glove puppet, marionette, shadow puppet. Big theatre puppets like Life of Pi. I'll even consider stop motion puppets and animatronics on a case by case basis.

Welcome to Puppet Smash or Pass! The blog that forces you to decide which puppets are most fuckable!
Rules:
The only hard rule to start with is no puppets whose characters are indisputably canonically children. (i.e.: Elmo, canonically three and half, Sooty, canonically five, Orville, obviously a baby.) Ambiguously aged characters are allowed.
Remember this is all in good fun. Don't take this seriously or try to start arguments.
You can submit via the ask box or submissions.
Not a rule, merely a request, but it'll be a lot easier for me if you include a picture in your submission!
That's all for now I think!
