It’s kind of ironic that the Lone Wanderer’s title is - well - the Lone Wanderer, because there are things that suggest they struggle with loneliness.

By the end of the game, they end up without a family and evicted from their own vault, and years later Moira says this about them: ‘Just about everyone in the Capital Wasteland has a story about the Lone Wanderer, even though precious few ever really knew him.’

The other Fallout protagonists went on to create villages and homes and develop meaningful relationships, while the Lone Wanderer remains true to him namesake. And considering his abandonment issues and want to friends, that’s pretty sad.

Fallout:New Vegas is one of my fav games of all time, fallout in general is one of my fav franchises so every so often I revisit my old characters 👀👀

This guy’s name is Ezra De la Rosa, he’s a ghoul 🤭, he’s an oc, cuz I love the companions buuut I don’t like any of them as romantic interests so I made my own lol he originally had green glowy skin but I decided to make it red glowy cuz why not, it’s looks cooler, and I do what I want 👹 also featuring my Courier six, which I still have to make an actual character sheet for, Scout 💖💖

Saw someone play the Van Buren mod "Yesterday" (made in the Fallout 2 engine) and I absolutely adore the art for some of the talking heads and especially this render for Joshua Graham? The artist is amazing!
