these are meant to be fairly filling, could easily pair a breakfast and a lunch option for as low as 216 cals 🦋 even the two highest is still under 500 cals (493 to be exact) and can fill you up all day with a good amount of protein to boot! you can always omad as well esp w the lunch/dinner options
also many of these can be customized (ie can be made vegan, gluten free, etc), feel free to experiment ofc 🥰
