"New Yorkers bite more people than sharks annually" is an excellent example of how statistics can be misleading. Like yeah no shit, do you have any idea how rare it is to even encounter a shark in the wild? They're not exactly urban animals. I'm pretty damn sure that if sharks were living in big cities like pigeons, just strolling down the streets looking for food scraps, you'd see a lot more news stories about New Yorkers biting them.

As someone who was adamant on pretending the last two seasons of MacGyver didn't exist because of how dirty they did Jack, I'm honestly surprised by how much I'm liking the seasons and how much I genuinely like Desi.

The whole Jack thing is easy enough to pretend it didn't happen (he died in an explosion, and we never saw the body, thus obviously he didn't die and was kidnapped by an unsavory person and obviously Mac will realize this at some point off screen and go find him 😀).

But back when I was still bitter I didn't care that the show got cancelled because I couldn't get my fix of Jack and Mac, but now that I'm nearing the end I'm really dragging my feet because I don't want it to end.

For one thing Lucas Till has barely been in anything since and I won't be able to get my daily Lucas Till fix. I guess I'll just have to depend on rewatching Bravetown for like the millionth time, but it's not the same. I'm going to miss Mac's gorgeous, luscious hair so much.

I started rewatching MacGyver because I was getting close to the end (for me) of Seal Team.

I completely forgot that George Eads left in the middle of season 3 and Jack Dalton was eventually killed off off screen in season 5.

Watched the season finale of Wind Breaker. It was decent mainly cause we were introduced to Takishii (and more Endo obviously a bonus) but downside is I swear 25 minutes of the episode was wasted listening to Nirei's nonstop yapping.

I still can't believe Nirei's seiyuu also voices Shin from 86 because I can listen to Shin talk for an entire season but fuck Nirei is annoying.

God season 5 Clay is really just pulling on my fucking heart knowing what's to come. I'm so pissed the writers did what they did to Clay. I'm pissed that Max left to play hands down one of the worst characters on one of the worst TV shows. I'm pissed that Clay's story ended that way and he didn't get to live the life he deserved with Stella and his child that he loved so much.

Clay deserved so much after everything he'd been through and after everything he did for his team.

I'm just so angry.
