To all the people that's been saying that older fans should basically shut up with the critiques and take a step back because G3 is for a new generation and not for them, I think that's unfair and a little disrespectful. They're the ones that has been keeping the fandom alive and kicking for all this time, through the previous reboot that didn't work out to shitty doll redesigns that also didn't work out. They're the ones that are generating 90%, if not all, of the online chatter about the new content, both good and bad. And unless the movie and animated series are massive hits or randomly goes viral, they will make up the majority of its viewers. So while I 100% agree that no one should attack any of the actors and actresses (seriously don't do that fucking shit), dismissing the concerns of a major part of the fandom, who just want to see the full potential of Monster High unleashed and don't want it to fail (again), as inconsequential because G3 isn't for them is not cool.
