kind of ramble but i was clutching my heart when i wrote the earlier drabble huhuhu harveston trip is my favorite event from twst so it just kinda hits real deep when writing Epel bringing the reader there UUUUU i love harveston man

[Part of Ritcchan's Potion-Making Trials!] Ingredients : Icicle Mushroom (Hometown Visitation), Ground Cherry Seeds (Spring) "You bet! Our potion's gonna be the best of the bunch!"

"W-Woah! It's so beautiful!!"

The crisp fresh air of the mountains quickly hit your face as you come out of the Dark Mirror, finding yourself in the middle of Harveston's many orchards. Epel followed suit, a huge grin on his face. "Oh, it's great to be back!"

Epel had invited you to come to Harveston with him during the weekends, and how could you resist? You've always wanted to see Harveston and Mount Moln in all of its glory!

"Epel, your hometown is beautiful!" "I know, right?" Epel giggled. "Come on now, let's get to my house! We need to walk past the apple orchards first though, if you don't mind."

You shook your head. "Of course I don't! Come on~"

The two of you walked along the path, admiring all the trees in full bloom. Epel pointed out a few orchards and picked out a few apples for you, and the two of you enjoyed the walk to his house.

"Meemaw! We're here!" "Why welcome home, Epel. I reckon this here fella is yer partner? Nice to meet you dear, my name is Marja. Feel free to look around Harveston, okay?" You happily nod, shaking her hand and looking around the house.

Epel stammered, a light blush tinting his cheeks. "P-partner?! Meemaw, don't go hollerin' round bout mah crush to the village!" Epel whispered into his grandma's ears, while Marja laughed softly. "Come now Epel, man up an' getcho feelins straight wit em! Yer partner's a good person, ya havta be honest an' tell em why you brought em here."

Epel lets out a sigh and nods, turning back towards you. "I know we're here for the spring festivals, but I wanna show you a cool place first!"

"We're here!" Epel exclaimed, motioning to a big tree on top of a small hill right behind his house. "I used to sit up here all the time when I was small. It's a great place to have a picnic in, so I packed us some pies from home!"

"You're right, it's beautiful here! I can imagine myself living up here instead of the bustling towns, it's so nice and peaceful here." You nod, sitting below the tree. "Come come! Sit beside me, Epel."

Epel smiles sheepishly, taking a seat next to you. "Gosh, I'm really flattered you think so highly of my hometown. If you'd like, you can come over and visit anytime you want! Just give me a holler when you're here, though!" "Of course! You're the first person I'd tell if I were to come by again!"

The wind fluttered by softly, swaying between Epel's locks of hair carrying flower petals with them, and you find yourself reaching out to caress them, giggling softly at Epel's awestruck look. The boy smiled at your reply, picking up a small flower and placing it on your hair. "Sure. If you ask me though, I really wouldn't mind if you decide to live here instead. Because, well, I have something to tell you..."

Marja looked out the house's windows, setting her sights on her grandson with you by his side. Her eyes crinkled as she smiled at the sight of you and Epel happily chatting away while your hands were intertwined with each other's. For the two Felmiers, it felt like this year's apple blossoms were prettier and livelier than any other years. "That's mah grandson. I knew you could do it."

Sleepy Mornings

Malleus Draconia x Reader ;

[Part of Ritcchan's Potion-Making Trials!] Ingredients : Aurora Moth's Scales (Winter) "I'm afraid we might have forgotten the recipe... Oh well, I suppose this would do."

You stirred awake from your sleep, wincing at the cold air of the room. Carefully you turn around, realizing that your partner, Malleus, was still fast asleep under the covers. You let out a small giggle from the sight, checking your phone to see the time and wrapping your arms around his body, kissing his cheek to try and wake him up.

"Malleus, dear. It's already morning.." You call out sleepily, leaving a kiss on his temple. Malleus replied by slipping his arm around your waist and pulling you closer, mumbling in his sleep. Perhaps it was his nature as a Dragon that he would have a harder time waking up in the winter.

"...Good morning.." He spoke, voice hoarse. Instead of making the effort to wake up, he curled back inside the blankets and laid his head on your chest, lightly kissing up your neck.

"H-Hey!" You yelp, slightly pushing him away. Malleus looked up at you with a small pout, his eyes still clouded with sleepiness. "Sebek and Lilia would be looking for you soon, you should wake up.."

"What if I do not wish to?" "Then what do you wish to do?"

Malleus sat up from the bed, turning around to face you and captured your lips in a kiss while his hands trail up the side of your hip, slipping underneath your shirt. You let out a small whine in return, but Malleus kept you still with the hand on your waist while he lightly bites on your lower lip. His free hand trailed up to your cheek to gently cup it, a contrast to how the hand on your waist had a stronger grip and his nails dug into your flesh.

"M-Mal.."

Malleus pulls away after making sure your lips was sufficiently swollen, a proud smirk on his face before he tucks himself back into the blankets. "If we do not have anything important today, I'd like to spend the day in bed. Will you join me?"

Idia Shroud x Reader ;

[Part of Ritcchan's Potion-Making Trials!] Ingredients : Lavender (Tsum Tsum Mayhem!) "Maybe if we mix the potion like this, fwehehee..."

Idia was stoked for the day. Not only did a new update for a game he liked just released today, his s/o also agreed to play the game with him as a date! 

Idia was beyond stoked… but… where did that little tsum come from?

"Ah, I found this little guy hiding in the bushes while walking over here! I thought he looked lost, so I took him in!"

Idia stared at the small tsum hiding underneath his bed covers. Its features were an exact look alike to him- fiery blue hair and beady yellow eyes, a round nose, and wearing Ignihyde's signature colors. Idia reached out to poke its cheek at some point, and the tsum reacted by further burrowing itself within the sheets.

"Haha, he's just like you!"

"No he's not!" Idia grumbles, pulling the sheets towards himself. "I didn't think you'd bring a P3 with you!"

You chuckle, picking the tsum up from Idia's bed and letting it sit on your lap. "Nono, I promised it'll just be us two playing and it will~ Can it even play the game? Or work the console, even?"

Idia took one of his controllers and handed it to the tsum. The tsum looked at it in confusion for a second before jumping towards it, the small bean expertly jumping on the buttons and moving the in-game avatar around. 

"W-WH-BWAAH?!! IT CAN TOTALLY WORK THE CONTROLLER!!" 

You laughed hard seeing the tsum finish a stage in the game with ease. “No way, that might be faster than your record!”

Idia frowned, taking another controller and turning on PvP mode. “Oh NAH. I ain't gonna let a small bean beat me at my game!” The two Idias glared at each other, and started duking it out in game as soon as the stage started. They exchanged uppercuts and sharp kicks towards each other’s characters, but seeing as it’s an Idia vs Idia battle, the two end up in a stalemate and not being able to overcome the other.

You were supposed to be the one playing with Idia, but the sight of your partner getting competitive and fighting a living plushie of himself makes you think it was an endearing moment and that you should just let them be. You sat down in between the two and put a hand around Idia’s waist while your other hand pets the Idia-Tsum’s hair softly.

“Nn? Fufu, what’s with the pink hair boys?” You ask, holding back a huge grin seeing the two Idia’s hair turning into a light shade of pink from your act of affection. The tsum happily nuzzles back into your hand while Idia leans closer into you, shyly leaving a small kiss on your temple.

"This kinda feels like we're playing a game with a kid... Tsumsitters? More like Tsum-Parents, NGL." Idia says, watching the tsum happily click on its controller as if it's showing off its skills to you.

“I like the sound of that, Shroud. Cmon, after this let me go against the tsum!"

Evening Getaway

Ace Trappola x Reader ;

[Part of Ritcchan's Potion-Making Trials!] Ingredients : Mermaid Tears (Trip to the Beach) "Crewel-sensei! We forgot the recipe!! (let's hope he doesn't kill us for this...)"

“This place looks sick!” Ace yelled, breaking into a light jog while you followed suit. The two of you had decided to take a little trip down to Sage Island’s beach, right behind school grounds. You typically weren’t supposed to go out from campus grounds during the school year, but what’s life without a little thrill?

You take off your shoes and socks, rolling up your pants before stepping onto the warm white sands. “The sand feels so nice~” You say, neatly putting your shoes in a corner. “You comin’, Ace?” “Hell yeah,” He replied. Ace threw his shoes off and rolled up his pants, and also loosening his tie and unbuttoning the upper button of his shirt for a more relaxed look. “Yanno, since Deuce and Epel ran away that time on the VDC I’ve always wanted to see how the beaches in Sage Island looked like.”

“Did the Queendom of Roses not have any beaches?” You ask, sitting down on the sand. “Oh, we do. My family just didn’t live near any, so I don’t go that much. Oh man, it feels great to be out here and away from the housewarden’s rules!” You rolled your eyes at his statement, but it was a nice feeling to be out and about in the evening sun like this, with your huge dork of a partner in tow.

Taking your hand in his, Ace pulls you towards the water with the biggest grin you’ve seen from him.You feel your legs hit the lapping waves on the shore, the water was cool in contrast to the warm sand. Crouching down, you cup a bit of water in your hand and splashes it toward Ace, who yelped in surprise. “ACK- that’s salty- OI!” Ace splashes you back, and the two of you fought it out like that until your uniforms were soaked with seawater.

“If the housewarden chews me out for being soaked, I’m blaming it on you!” “Hey! Ain’t no way!”

The evening was filled with you and Ace’s laughter, running around on the shores and playing with the sands. You built a sandcastle, collected shells, Ace even found a little crab! (He asked if the Octavinelle trio might appear any time soon, and you’re sure they probably won’t.)

“Today was real fun, (Y/n). Maybe we should sneak out on a date like this more~” “Oh you- I’m always down to get in trouble if it’s with you.

Slow-Dancing

Riddle Rosehearts x Reader ;

[Part of Ritcchan's Potion-Making Trials!] Ingredients : Sage (Dance Night / Ball) "If we mix the potion slowly like so, I'm sure we'll end up with a perfect batch. Can I trust you with this one?"

“Hm? What are you doing out here alone?”

Turning around, you see Riddle exit the building and approach you as you sat out on the courtyard overlooking the campus. NRC is holding a dance ball with the students of Royal Sword Academy to “strengthen bonds”, so to speak, but you find yourself being drained from constantly communicating and interacting and managed to find solace out in the courtyard.

“Riddle? Oh it’s nothing, I just came out for a little breath of fresh air.” You answer, standing up from your seat. “What are you doing out here as well?”

Riddle let out a small laugh. “The same reason as you, apparently. Not only did Floyd keep bothering me while I was trying to communicate with the RSA students, Ace and Deuce also stirred up a bit of trouble. I find myself needing to calm down a little bit.”

You understood how the housewarden must’ve felt. 

Riddle sat on the bench beside you, motioning you to sit back down with him. “How have you been enjoying the ball?” “Mm… It’s been a really fun night! It’s not often I get to attend something like this. You and the other housewardens must have put a lot of effort into making the event a success.”

Riddle sighs, running a hand through his hair. “Of course. I need to make sure every aspect of the event matches with the Queen of Hearts’ set of rules, regardless whether its a Heartslabyul-only event or a school-wide one. I expect nothing less than perfection, after all.”

Soft cold wind blew through your hair while the two of you talked and enjoyed each other’s company outside, the muffled song playing from the venue could be heard from where you were sitting and slightly masking your small laughs and giggles. Riddle softly brushed your locks and tucked them behind your ear, still chatting animatedly until a certain song pops up and piques his attention.

“Do you know this song, Riddle?” You ask.

“This is a traditional Queendom of Hearts ballroom dance song, and it is to be played in every formal event. I didn’t expect Idia to put this song into the set list we’ve given him, it’s a pleasant surprise.” Riddle stands up, lightly swaying to the soft muffled song. 

“Would you care to join me for a dance?” He offers a hand, a small smile on his face. You giggle, taking his hand and standing up. “I don’t know how the dance goes, though…”

“It’s alright, I’ll guide you.” He answered coolly, putting a hand on your hip while the other intertwined itself with your hand. 

He gently guided your body, showing you the steps one by one while holding you close. His firm grip never lost its place, and his warm embrace was enough to shield you from the cold weather. Before you knew it, the two of you were gliding around the garden hand in hand, spinning and twirling with the song in total sync. 

“You’re quite the fast learner, (Y/n). I’d love to take your hand for a dance again sometime soon.” He whispers to your ear, hugging you while the two of you danced the night away in each other’s arms.
