The sparkbond Bee/Spike anon here. I imo tried to write it as a normal but budding sparkbond that could form because of something I read on before. Basically we have some sort of energy field around us, which I bullshitted into being able to be manipulated by a cybertronians AEM field. But they can't do it directly with their spark, since it would be to hot for a human. Bee did it directly over Spikes heart for sentimental and cultural reasons. (since spark=soul=heart)

OUT OF CURIOSITY, NOT A REQUEST Do you think a cybertronian could form a sort-of sparkbond with a non cybertronian s/o?? I could see them gaining a 6th sense when they do bond but still not able to "communicate through the bond". More like a basic feeling or emotion can be felt by the cybertronian from their s/o but the s/o cant feel or sense anything. Just wanted some input on this or what would make it work better.

In a way! I actually remember something similar in a few bumblebee/spike prompts that were brought up earlier on the blog.

So, here’s my thoughts. If a Cybertronian were really able to “bond” with a non-cybertronian, it wouldn’t be nearly as strong as a regular bond; but enough to be considered one. Like you said, you’d be able to feel emotions from one another but not truly communicate in full. But it would come with a few downsides, because there could possibly be miscommunication between the parties of the bond due to only emotions really being portrayed. A s/o being spooked by a spider could possibly send their cybertronian s/o into a panic, believing they’re in danger or under attack.

tfp knock out with a sparkling

Knockout

- Knockout, as a parent, is surprisingly functional. He adapts to a balance between work and parenting surprisingly fast; and his medical history helps him with the care of his own sparkling’s health and wellbeing. But how fast he adapts depends on whether or not the sparkling in his care is biologically his own.

- With his own sparkling, he adapts almost inhumanly fast. He gets that ��sire sixth sense” that so many cybertronians talk fondly of; practically having eyes in the back of his head. Whenever his child seems to get themselves in trouble, he’ll be there in 10 seconds tops. A sparkling he adopts, it seems to take a bit more time; but he’s not any less caring or cautious with them.

- Knockers is definitely a great dad, though; and he knows how to cheer up a kid. While all of his urges tell him to spoil his child rotten(and he does sometimes give in), he prefers the affectionate aspect of the relationship. He takes his sparkling everywhere he goes; whether it be the medbay, on a non-dangerous mission, or(if he can get away with it without being scolded) on a race to show his child just how cool their sire can be.

- He likely wasn’t ready to be a parent at the time his kiddo came into his life, but after a day of just knowing the little ball of sunshine, he caved. A month in, he’s the most devoted sire any autobot or decepticon has ever seen.

- The mech still has a few moments of strain whenever the child accidentally scratches their sire’s paintjob, though.

Okay so one time ladybug got into a contest with another bugger (g1, just able to eat organic stuff I guess) over who could eat a tree fastest. She lost, but if you see her digging into a pine she's stressed. She used to be a termite which explains the wood thing. She LOVES being scratched where her elytra meet her wings. It calms her down instantly. Next is the ladyjet herself skydash!

- At first, it’s more like he acts like an overbearing parent. Giving you strict curfews and rules to abide by, and making sure you follow said rules at every moment. He doesn’t inflict punishments; just disappointed gazes, almost as if he expected more of you.

- You had assumed he’d done this for everyone; after all, he was the leader of a team that was very much the equivalent to teenagers. He had a right to be strict, and it was definitely keeping you safer that way. You hadn’t been suspicious of it for a very long time. It took a couple months before you discovered the others ran… much less strict roles on the team. That, is when the confusion settled in.

- The first thing you had assumed was that he didn’t trust you as much as the others. If your backstory fit to it, that might’ve even been the most plausible answer. Despite every logical aspect of your processor, you had approached him on this; albeit upset.

- Bumblebee had seemed surprised when you had asked to speak to him privately. Even more so in seeing your hurt expression, arms crossed and gaze diverted anywhere but him. Even though he thought for sure he hadn’t done anything wrong, guilt had still begun to eat away at his frame; clawing at his chassis from the inside. He followed you without a second thought.

- You had blurted it all out at once; the strict rules, the curfew, the lifestyle that you followed because you assumed it was better for the team that way. How hurt you are because he doesn’t trust you as much as the others, and in asking what you were doing wrong. Bumblebee remembered your exact words, syllable by syllable; and it killed him to think you’d felt that way because of his actions. So, he’d responded in kind.

- “[Name], that was never what I meant by giving you those rules.” He had started with a wince, shakily taking your clenched servo in his own. “They’re there to protect you, because… as much as it’s hard for me to say it out loud, you’re very important to me.” 

- You were stunned into a sort of conflicted silence. This was in your benefit. He had placed those rules to keep you safe. You can handle yourself, and he knows you can; so why the hell would he do it? The answer may shock you

- Bumblebee is new to these kinds of emotions. The affection he feels for you is dangerous; thinking of you as an item he owns, something to be protected and cared for. It’s what he assumes love is supposed to feel like, and he’s never questioned it. Even if you don’t return his feelings, it isn’t long until he’ll use his own power over you to keep you locked away; safe and sound. 

- Hopefully you can break him out of this little trance of his soon, because eventually he could reach some dangerous levels.

TFP Orion Pax and Megatronus (before war) headcannons with Cybertronian s/o.

Transformers: Prime

[Pre-War]

Megatronus

- Megatronus is tough, and very unloving. He’s almost like a mindless beast when you first spot him; fighting in the pits of Kaon, covered in both his and his opponent’s spilled energon. He was fighting brutally, blow after blow coming in to damage his less experienced opponent; so brutal that you had to look away in order to not purge your tanks.

- Unlucky for you, you had been sent out to speak with Megatronus. Whether it be for work or otherwise; you had to make your way down to the underground areas they kept the gladiators, and speak to the dangerous mech head-on. As against it as you are, it’s mostly terror that keeps you from wanting to go through with your assignment.

- To your luck, as it turns out, Megatronus is a gentleman. He spoke to you with the same respect you show for him, his voice almost echoing with wonder and kindness. It was awe-inspiring. It was then when you realized this mech would be able to start a revolution with his voice alone, and it is with that you became friends.

- It wasn’t long after becoming friends when you had become lovers. The gentle way he spoke to you, or lead you by the small of your back both made it obvious he cared more for you than others; he was gentle with you and often went out of his way to make sure you were comfortable in his visits. And when he had started his revolution, you were the first beside him; arms linked as you stood above your sparkmate’s supporters. The dream-filled cybertronians that would soon lose their lives for the cause they believe in.

Orion Pax

- You had met Orion in a visit to the archives. While at first you had passed by the tall mech, it wasn’t long until he was to approach you; asking you if he could assist you in any way. You had mentioned you were in training to become an EMT, and were looking for something your instructor had asked you to research. It wasn’t long until you two had struck up a conversation.

- Orion was kind. He wasn’t all confident, of course; but he made up for his lack of confidence with his gentle and happy demeanor, especially around you. It wasn’t long until you had taking a liking to the archivist, making frequent visits to study and speak with the mech in question. Orion’s ideas and beliefs were almost inspiring; and the way he spoke with much vigor over his hopes for a better Cybertron, you couldn’t help but fall.

- When Orion had confessed he was interested in a relationship with you, you were quick to chirp back that you were also quite interested in perusing one with him. You had admitted to enjoying his company and finding his kindness wonderful; especially the light flush that dusted his faceplates whenever you complimented him. And, of course, he had done just that when you had said this to him.

- You followed him throughout wherever he went. You acted as a mediator in his troubles, a shoulder to cry on; you were his rock as much as he is yours. Even as he was told by the council he was to be a Prime, you still remained loyal. As you spent many days together before he was to become Optimus Prime, you told him that you would always be his own, and you would never leave his side as long as he would allow. You will stand by your words; even if he is to forget you as the matrix becomes apart of him.

Tfp knockout with a human on their menstrual just for shits and giggles

two bitchy, angry beings in one room does not sound safe but fuck same 

Knockout knew from the moment he picked you up from your home that morning, that it’d be a long day.

He had asked you several questions. How work/school had been, if you’re feeling well(all he got for that was a nasty glare), if anything interesting had happened while he was gone(yet another glare), etcetera. The entire time in asking his questions, he’d gotten every human emotion in a single grunted response. While it was funny sometimes, yes, it still concerned the red mech; as much as he’d hate to admit.

So, once he had stopped you after you both had gotten to the Nemesis to ask you what the hell was wrong, he hadn’t expected you to burst into tears with a loud watery apology.

“Wait– Sweetheart, it’s okay! Please don’t cry!” He was quick to reach out his hands, stopping them before they could reach you; almost fearful of touching your bawling frame. You looked almost delicate when you cry, as if you could shatter at the slightest wrong touch. But he had to do /something/. 

After a couple painful moments, he took a digit and began to gently stroke your head, administrations melting your sobs into the occasional small sniffle.

“It’s okay, really. I, uh… shouldn’t have asked.” He coughed out, a single clenched fist held up just below his mouth. “Are you– are you okay?”

Knockout couldn’t suppress his own surprised noise when you reached up to him, making a suspiciously “grabby hand” motion up to him. After a moments hesitation, he picked you up delicately, pulling you in to allow you to wrap your arms around him. He allowed you a moment to do so, before speaking up again with an optical ridge raised almost teasingly.

“Is this another gross human thing I don’t understand?” He subconsiously pet your scalp as you nodded, wiping away snot from below your nose(which Knockout had to resist gagging at the sight of). Even Knockout could agree you looked miserable in your state, and despite every voice of reason in his helm screaming at him not to, he was quick to choose his next words.

“How can I help?”

Needless to say, cuddling and watching human musicals was not what he was expecting; but he’d not going to complain any time soon.

Not a request but i have an idea for a pair of oc femmes. Ones a seeker or something idk but the other is an insecticon (presumably one who scanned something... NOT ugleh. LIKE A PRAYING MANTIS YEAH anyways their dynamic is that ladyjet is always having to take ladybug back to the habsuite for pets to keep her from bugging out and eating someone's face. (The idea being to get ladybugs bug urges out in the way of sprawling across her mates lap while being pet rather than face eating) sound neat?
