positivity for a chiaki who has bad anxiety + tremors!

hello, chiaki! first of all, i hope you’ve been having a good day and that your health has been improving! i know that every day actions can be very hard when you have anxiety, but that does not mean they’re impossible! you do not have to stress yourself or do anything that’s too far from your comfort zone; it is okay to ask people you’re close with to help you if your anxiety doesn’t allow you to do something. asking for help and advice will always be okay and nobody will criticize or judge you for whatever you need! regarding your tremors, i believe asking your doctor is the best choice. if you do not have access to a doctor or any prescribed medication, here are some suggestions you can do in the meanwhile: when your adrenaline is too high, try to work or walk around and the calmest pace possible! taking deep breaths and counting (things you can see and/or feel such as objects in the room, your fingers, etc.) may also work, and in this case i recommend belly breathing. since there’s little one can do in this situation, try to carry with you any fidget toys or anything that may help you calm down!

it may seem hard, but i am sure that you can do it! you can always count on your loved ones and even on us, nanami (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

i am a touko fukawa who is looking for anyone really, but the major one would be byakuya togami. in my killing game he would put up with me all the time, and was still mean to be, but i think he cared? in my canon the people who survived were me, togami, chihiro, mondo, ishimaru, and kirigiri. the first trial was the same, the second trial was when naegi died from asahina, i dont remember the motive. then celeste killed hifumi, and hagakure, and tried to blame it on mondo,

who did almost kill chi, but stopped himself, but it still put us all on edge, the fourth with sakura was the same, and then ending was very much the same. imagine that when makoto died, if it was a game, that chihiro became the protag, they were always looking into everything with kirigiri. after that i had a very canon dr:ae life, as well as the dr3 anime. only my time in hopes peak was different. but chihiro replaced naegi, mondo replaced asahina, and ishimaru replaced hagakure.
