you just dumped the tuna on the ramen and gave it to him

you’re brimming with energy and even when floyd is in a bad mood, you’re always able to put him in a better one.

floyd gives you a small smile, “wonderhoy. yeah, whatever. thanks shrimpy, but i want to be alone right now. i might just squeeze ya if you keep botherin’ me.”

you’re disappointed you couldn’t help much, replying with an, “aw, okay..” before leaving him to be.

did i mention that ‘better mood’ doesn’t always equal to ‘good mood’? you tried your hardest, but sometimes floyd is just… floyd. you leave him alone to gather his thoughts, while thinking of your own.

had you done something? could you have prevented this? maybe a couple more “wonderhoys” and he would be back to his usual self again.

no, no. don’t think negative of yourself! you tried your hardest, and you even made him smile a bit! tomorrow he’d come back fine, he’s just a bit moody. but for now, to motivate, give yourself a big, loud, “wonderhoy☆!”

although you’re naive, he won’t hesitate to protect you when he can. though, he’ll let you figure things out your way. it’s cute when everything finally snaps together, the look on your face is comparable to the super bright stars that glimmer in the night sky.

oh. and he absolutely loves it when you listen to him ramble about mushrooms. even more, YOU’RE ACTUALLY INTERESTED? you’re good at listening and engaging, especially while he talks about mushrooms! you two are a match made in heaven.

aside from the two of you terrorizing jamil, you simply get along because of a similar goal; for kalim, it's for everybody to be happy. for you, it's to make people smile!

you guys probably brainstorm the many wonderful ideas on how to make more people be happier, but end up laughing so hard at your own suggestions due to how hilariously dumb they were (jamil had to interrupt again because of how much noise you guys were making. sorry jamil)!

♡︎ it was a rainy night, you and Riddle were just studying for an upcoming exam at library

♡︎ everything was fine until it started to rain

♡︎ you and Riddle didn’t mind since it was some heavy rain

♡︎ there was a really loud thunder outside that made you flinch so bad and almost knocked out the book in your hand

♡︎ Riddle noticed it you flinch (which made him kinda flinch too) and saw that you were kinda holding back tears because of the thunder outside, so he decided to cut the study date short and go take you back to his dorm

♡︎ once you guys made it back to the dorm (he was holding your hand so you wouldn’t fall cause of the wet floor) he gave you one of his blankets and just patted your back repeatedly to comfort you

♡︎ realized your fear of thunder real quick because it was very obvious

♡︎ he’s very glad he took you to his dorm since the thunder couldn’t really be heard anymore

hey anon! sorry for the wait! i took some time after opening requests to relax a bit before getting back into it, write other things before getting back into twst. i'm happy to provide!! (making me think about haikyuu!! again which...where is my season 5? where is my nekoma vs. karasuno battle so i can watch my husband kuroo?)

ace finds it absolutely cool that you play volleyball. he is very impress with how high you could jump. if only he could jump as high.

at some point, he asks if you can teach him. “please (y/n)! teach me your ways!”

“ace, first let’s just finish homework first.” you sigh. “i’ll teach you. but you’re going to have to deal with the bruises when you first start.”

“sure, sure! no problem! i get bruised all the time from basketball.”

ace was wrong. very wrong.

he came out of that practice session with very bruised forearms. it kind of looked concerning actually, how black and blue his forearms were. and they were different than being in the way of floyd and jamil.

FLOYD LEECH

floyd’s excited with the fact that you play volleyball. he’s also tall so you know he would be the perfect volleyball player.

his jump is already high. combine that with how tall he actually is when his fingers are outstretched. he would become the perfect middle blocker.

“great seven!” you exclaim, panting. you needed to get back in the zone since crowley wanted you to start playing for nrc. floyd was perfect practice.

“tee hee. you’re going to have to try harder than that!” floyd was barely breaking a sweat!

“i’ll get past you. i know i will!”

“sure. if you can manage~” floyd’s eyes were dark. not in any malicious way. okay maybe. he was riding a high, seeing how low you were. how desperate you were to win against him.

JAMIL VIPER

“cool. maybe you can help kalim out since he’s wanted to learn how to play volleyball for a while.” jamil adjusts the strap of his gym bag.

“that’s it?” you ask, arms crossed.

“why? did you expect me to say something else?” he looks at you weirdly.

“no...i just thought you’d react with a little bit of enthusiasm? i mean, at least ace did. and so did floyd.”

“floyd takes pleasure in making you miserable though by blocking your spikes.” jamil raised an eyebrow.

“yeah well...at least i don’t let him throw me.” you saw him blush slightly. he mumbled something to himself about not letting you come watch their meetings again.
