Life

We are here now breathing and living. Feeling the breeze skim your face , smelling the wet pavement , hearing the birds chirp as the sun rises ... Life has its precious moments I say take them for granted sometimes b/c who knows when that'll be the last time.

As I thought while I went through life thinking I needed a boyfriend, I gazed upon my friends and their relationships I then realized that they weren't always ending up with a happy ending, but more of a beginning of sadness and despair of feeling that they'll never find better, do better, and get better than they already had.

It feels strange to have someone and then lose them. They don't even have to be in our lives romantically, it can simply be a friend, relative, or just the neighbor down the street.... Never in a million years did I think they'll have an impact on me in such a way. Now I try and cherish my life and others even though they maybe rude to me I have to remember that life is short and me being angry, sad, or negative only affects me and my well being.

I feel like I can't even talk to you. It feels like I'm wasting my time waiting for you. But I also feel like your worth every moment. I guess this is what it feels like to be emotionally involved with another being.
