I’d also like to say; this movie does an amazing job building trust between its characters. It’s almost easy to miss how many times characters say “they’re gone, they’ve betrayed us, and they’re not coming back” only to have that judgement immediately contradicted. It makes the team’s decision to trust John and follow Yelena into the void believable and organic and very, very satisfying.
