Why you should try outdoor yoga?
Here Are 4 Hard-to-Argue Reasons Why You Should Try Outdoor Yoga?
.
.
1. Natural Mood Boost
Being outside in nature nourishes the soul. In fact, it’s been proven that being outside improves our mood in part thanks to the abundance of natural sunlight which amplifies our bodies’ production of Vitamin D.

2. The Power of Fresh Air
Take extra deep breaths while you flow! The benefits of fresh air are vast!
It enhances your body’s production of healthier white blood cells which, in turn, boosts your immune system. Fresh air encourages us to breathe deeply and that extra oxygen helps our brains function better and clearer.

3. “Mindful Multitasking”
That’s right – think of it as “mindful multitasking!”
Because practicing outdoor yoga can be combined with other forms of exercise such as walking or jogging for a double power hit of feel good endorphins. Just take a lightweight mat along with you or find a grassy spot to practice your Sun Salutations.

4. Get Back to Your Roots
As human beings, we’re meant to be outside. Practicing outdoor yoga connects us to yoga’s roots since the first practitioners (thousands of years ago!) knew that their relationship with nature was an essential part of yoga. This is even a fact proven by the names of the poses themselves.
Extra yogi points if a passing pooch decides to Down Dog with us!

What Is Prayer? . Prayer is communication with God, either in thought or in spoken or written words. Just as our relationships with friends and family grow and deepen as we spend time together, time interacting with God deepens our relationship with Him.
Prayer gives us direct access to God’s listening ear, as well as His love, strength, wisdom, and comfort. It’s a way to express our love, confess our sins, and bring our requests to Him.
Prayer also is a time for hearing from God. As we pray, the Holy Spirit guides us in decisions, comforts our sorrows, and lavishes His love on us.
God already loves and accepts us unconditionally, so we never have to fear reaching out to Him in prayer.
If God Already Knows Everything, Why Do I Need To Pray? Prayer is key to the depth and health of our relationship with God.
In Luke 11:1, Jesus’ followers said, “Lord, teach us to pray…” Jesus responded with a model for them (and us) to follow. That model shows not only the basics of praying but also the necessity of praying.
Jesus wants us to pray because He wants us to know God intimately. He commanded and modeled prayer repeatedly as He traveled and taught His followers how to know and communicate with God. Just like the people who followed Jesus while He was living on earth, we can learn from His reliance on prayer. Jesus’ followers saw how He needed time alone to talk with God, to rest, to receive direction from God, to find peace after conflict, and to be loved as only God can love us.

"CHILD POSE" . Child's Pose — Balasana (bah-LAHS-uh-nuh) is a common beginner's yoga pose. It is often used as a resting position in between more difficult poses during a yoga practice. The word "Balasana" comes from the Sanskrit words "bala" (meaning "child") and "asana" (meaning "pose").
Benefits of Child's Pose
Child's Pose helps to stretch the hips, thighs, and ankles while reducing stress and fatigue. It gently relaxes the muscles on the front of the body while softly and passively stretching the muscles of the back torso. This resting pose centers, calms, and soothes the brain, making it a therapeutic posture for relieving stress. When performed with the head and torso supported, it can also help relieve back and neck pain. Sometimes used as a counter-pose to backbends, Child's Pose restores balance and equanimity to the body. . . #childpose #yogaprops #yogamat #meditation #relaxation #shanti #yogateacher #yogattc #yogainrishikesh #sanskritiyogpeeth #sanskritiyog

"Philosophy" . What is Philosophy? . Philosophy is the study of general and fundamental questions, such as those about reason, existence, knowledge, values, mind, and language. Such questions are often posed as problems to be studied or resolved. The term was probably coined by Pythagoras. Philosophical methods include questioning, critical discussion, rational argument, and systematic presentation. Historically, philosophy encompassed all bodies of knowledge and a practitioner was known as a philosopher. From the time of Ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle to the 19th century, "natural philosophy" encompassed astronomy, medicine, and physics for example, Newton's 1687 Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy later became classified as a book of physics. In the 19th century, the growth of modern research universities led academic philosophy and other disciplines to professionalize and specialize. Since then, various areas of investigation that were traditionally part of philosophy have become separate academic disciplines, such as psychology, sociology, linguistics, and economics. Today, major subfields of academic philosophy include metaphysics, which is concerned with the fundamental nature of existence and reality; epistemology, which studies the nature of knowledge and belief; ethics, which is concerned with moral value; and logic, which studies the rules of inference that allow one to derive conclusions from true premises. Other notable subfields include philosophy of science, political philosophy, aesthetics, philosophy of language, and philosophy of mind. .

"Yoga belts to help you increase the resistance while stretch" . Straps are mainly used for stretching so that users achieve wide range of motion. Even people who stretch their legs while doing sitting poses can benefit from these straps. One technique is to grab both ends and pull it towards them while leaning into the pose. Also, yoga mats and blocks can be used with straps so that users change their positions more easily and have gentler contacts with the floor. Based on the kind of pose, the strap is fitted underneath the buttocks, knees or hips. . . "PRANAMASANA" . Prayer pose is a centering pose in yoga often used as a routine part of the sun salutation series or as a transitional pose between other standing poses. This pose is often used at the beginning and/or end of a yoga practice. While standing, sitting or squatting, the palms press together in front of the heart's center while allowing the shoulders to roll down the back and the elbows to rest at the sides of the rib cage. Prayer pose is also known as pranamasana in Sanskrit.

What is sound healing?
In short, it’s a practice that uses vibrations (vocal or instrumental-like gongs, Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks) in order to relax your mind and body. Some proponents also believe it can relieve certain ailments, including anxiety and insomnia. Sound healers (often called “sounders”) say that it works by lowering blood pressure, improving circulation and reducing respiratory rates. Science says, well, not a lot. While there are plenty of studies on the benefits of music and meditation on well-being, few large-scale clinical studies have looked at sound healing in particular.
.
Why is it so trendy right now?
Like a lot of other wellness practices (mindfulness meditation, crystals, etc.), sound healing is having a major moment right now—but it’s actually been used by cultures like the Aboriginal peoples in Australia and Tibetan monks for centuries. Credit the recent trend to celebrity endorsements (Robert Downey Jr. and Charlize Theron are both fans) and a general increase of interest in all things wellness.
.
What does it feel like?
“Simply put, someone can expect to feel very calm after a session, with a profound sense of well-being,” explains Jas Neal of Tune Studio in New York City. “Issues which may have appeared dramatic or urgent no longer carry as much weight as before,” she adds. And if you’ve ever been in a kundalini yoga class, then you’ve already tried it (chanting is one form of sound healing). Sessions vary from just 15 minutes to several hours and can take place on your own with headphones or in a studio with others. But regardless of time and place, the effect should be the same—a general feeling of relaxation and contentment.
So, should I try it?
Here’s the thing: Sound healing hasn’t been scientifically proven to actually heal anything, although there are some studies

Sunrise trip with our students to @kunjapuritemple
.
Kunjapuri Devi Temple is one of the most popular place for Sunrise.
.
We left from our yoga school for Kunjapuri Devi Temple (@kunjapuritemple) at the 04:30 in the morning. The temple of Kunjapuri Mata is about 30 km away from our yoga school.
We had reached the temple at around 05:00 AM. The air there was very fresh and slightly cold.  Now we were waiting for the sunrise. It was time for the sunrise at 06:30 AM. Now the sun was rising.
As soon as the first rays of the sun were seen in everyone's eyes, there was a bright light and seeing the sun rising,
the feeling of bliss was beyond this world. Happiness and pleasure is the coin of Human's life which always keeps turning.
We take all our students to the temple of Kunjapuri Mata so that they too get to experience the joy found there.
