I practice yoga to build my resilience, to quiet my mind, to breathe, to practice uncomfortable shapes on the safety of my yoga mat, so it's easier to breathe through the uncomfortable bits when I'm out in my life. I practice yoga because I'm deep in housholding land, caretaking, nurturing and managing my peeps.
