Okay, what if Pinky and Brain are walking away after a failed plan to take over the world, and Brain just vents about how his goal is still unfulfilled and breaks down crying. Pinky slowly approaches Brain pulls him into a comforting hug, and Brain just mutters “How do you put up with a failure like me?” 

Pinky then gently cups Brain’s cheek, looks into his eyes and says “Because there’s more to you than your failures, Brain.” 

Brain stares into Pinky’s compassionate blue eyes, stunned by his kind words and just pulls him into a hug.
