Hello, all of my fellow nerds who enjoy my writing :) I pinky promise a new writing is in the works:) Though, I know it's taking me quite a long while to post. Life likes to hit me like a brick and savor every last drop of free time for dealing with personal health issues. I will get my writings back out there for all of you to enjoy, soon though! When I can stand to function like a normal human being, my migraines aren't hunting me for sport, tornado alley, well, decides to stop being dramatic, and the little drops of free time I get are actually used for free time, and not for hiding in a dark room, with a pounding head, contemplating to my mother whether the urgent care migraine cocktail is really worth it, or if I, the teenager, man up enough and pain through the hours-long slurred speech and foggy thoughts. Writings are in the works, it's just taking me longer than I'd like.

We're getting there though, I promise!

Hello, darling. I truly hope you are well. Sincerely, I do.

We've already discussed this. Yes, I will make you scrub plates with your feet if you lose both hands in war. How much longer are we going to bicker about the way you scrub dishes? ;)

I'm marrying you, Henry. Of course I am. Nothing could change that! I just…confused the man. He seemed uninterested and half my age. I told him that I can not scrub dishes on a weekly basis, and if I did, my fingernails would grow to nauseating lengths, and I would turn into a caterpillar. He was not enthused. I told him that the rats nest in my hair on Friday nights and that they have names. One of them is named Millicent, the other is Thelma, and one is Phill. He stood up out of his chair, and I told him to find someone his own age. He agreed, for some particular reason? I'm not sure why, though. :)

Oh, my darling, the battles you fight in. Please, keep yourself safe and healthy. Wash your cuts and scrapes, and eat well. I wish you could come home, dear.

Oh, my! He really freed them all? Oh, well, I find that wonderful. Truthfully, I do. It's not humane to practice that horrid labor.

Have you ever wanted to read something that was made for someone like you? The theater kids, the quiet people, the ones who don't seem to quite fit in, and even more? Do you, as a living, breathing, human, hurrling through space on a big green and blue rock want something interesting and funny to read? Do the ones who think a lot, want something else to think about? Do you want something that is well written? Nicely detailed...? A literal piece of art that happens to be words on a screen...?

THEN OH MY GOODNESS. DO I HAVE THE THING FOR YOU.

It all started one day around November 2024. A HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT 😮

"Write as if you are a soldier in the civil war. Write a letter back home to a loved one and tell them about your experiences."

I LIKE TO BEND THE RULES ON MY HOMEWORK THOUGH. SO UH YEAH. A BUNCH OF LITERATURE WAS BORN. (and so was a new tumblr account;P)

Florence Anne and Henry Frederick are young lovers, but their love is separated by the American Civil War. The year is 1861, and Henry is sent off to combat. He writes letters to his dear sweet Florence, dreaming about the future they will have when the war is over. Florence's father doesn't see the potential Henry has, so as a result, he wants Florence to marry another man for money. She is commonly forced to speak with other men twice her age and hope and pray that she won't be sent off to marry them. Florence and Henry both know that they are the ones for each other. ✨️(Oh! how scandalous!!) ✨️

When the war is over, they plan to run off together, marry each other, take Florence's little sister with them, and live happily ever after. Of course, in the home that they have imagined together. But will they? Well, the only way you'll know is if you click on my blog and read from the beginning!!;P
