The utter shame of having to take a longer, slower line and essentially be forced to run wide while all your competitors go the correct way. The shame. The spice.

stop and go penalties were the absolute pinnacle. Like I know we still have them technically but when they were preferred / used instead of time penalties so we saw them all the time? Nothing funnier than a driver breaking the rules and driving into the pit lane in disgrace, then sitting in their little Shame Box For Cringe Fail Drivers for 5-10 seconds. And then it cuts to their onboard camera of all their pit crew just STARING AT THEM in a circle like

Carlos’s strategy is better because Carlos literally made his own strategy halfway through the race. Mans was on the radio like “No, we will wait and box for slicks”, he knew not to trust Ferrari strategy

Charles’s mistake was assuming that Ferrari wouldn’t shoot themselves in the foot
