5 things to add to your 2022 goals to become the it girl of your dreams
1. fitness + diet: find workouts and foods that work for you! things like simple yoga + running are easier for beginners and incorporating more fruits, veggies, vegetarian + vegan food can be very good for your health!
2. hydration: drinking more water is an easy habit to start! it helps with your health, skin, diet, hair + more! if you struggle with water i recommend a cirkul flavored water bottle!
3. skincare: find out your skin type and research what products are best for you! create a realistic skincare routine that will be easy to stick to, you can add onto it as time goes.
4. focus on yourself: there are many ways to do this, things like journaling, meditation, learning to say no, and planning for your future can help contribute to this. know that you are # 1 to yourself and need to proceed as such, dont let anyone get in the way of your happiness.
5. read more: reading helps exercise the brain. there are many options for this, you could read fiction, biographies, self help/improvement, or even just a magazine! it helps your brain and improves upon your vocabulary.

if you’re feeling shitty about all the calories you ate remember: you burn around 2000 calories a day from literally living if you calculate your BMR (just look up bmr calculator on google) it tells you exactly how many calories you burn from litterally just breathing
you also burn around 500 calories from sleeping
