Hey guys, I am a counselling psychology doctorate student hoping to recruit for my doctorate research (based in London, UK).
How do people make sense of their past experience of self-harm and school bullying?
I am really passionate about the topic and I am Interested in understanding peoples meaning of their previous self harm while being bullied (unfortunately participants must not be currently self-harming).
I am hoping to publish my research when finishing so those who work with self-harm/ bullying will better understand how to do so!
If interested/ fit criteria (18 and over only)
You will be invited to a one to one interview with me at a day and time of your convenience.

Hello!!
I am a counselling psychology doctorate student at University of East London (UK). As part of my studies I am conducting a qualitative study on the experience of young people who have previously self-harmed (not currently doing so) while being bullied at school.I am interested in understanding how participants of this study make sense of their past self-harm while they were bullied and what their previous self-harm means to them. This will be done by an individual interview with myself and participants which I will then use as data, to help further understand individual experience of this. Please email
[email protected] for more information!
