An Akkadian princess as well as High Priestess of the Moon god Nanna. She was one of the earliest women in history whose name is known. She is regarded by literary and historical scholars as possibly the earliest known author and poet of either gender. Her works were written in cuneiform about 4300 years ago. Enheduanna is a title she was given when she was ordained as “en” priestess; her birth name isn’t known.

Mara grit her teeth; she knew Sienna was right. It was aggravating that she didn’t understand. Preston let out a laugh, shaking his head. “Well, that’s because I was talking about college football. Obviously someone here is more into the pros,” he teased. It wasn’t that he was opposed to professional football, it was just that he liked the experience of the college games better. Even from the television, it was easy to tell how much fun everyone was having.

“Ahh, gotcha. I suppose I can still bless you with my presence. I don’t really follow college football nearly as much.” She confessed with a shrug. “It’ll be fun either way, I’m sure.”

“Oh, fuck you, Mara.” The brunette snapped, glaring at the. “Now, you want to talk? What about a year ago when you dumped me out of the blue? There wasn’t much talking done then. You destroyed me....,” Sienna’s voice hitched as she admitted it out loud. Her lips pressed together in a thin line to keep the tears at bay. “S-so...you don’t get to be a bitch.”

Sienna steps forward and wraps her arms around his waist, burrowing her face in his chest. The woman laughed at his commentary. “I promise to still hang with you. Though, I don’t think you’ll be very mobile.”

Mara’s lips turned down into a barely detectable frown, her expression glazing over so it was the cold, expressionless face she used with most people rather than the nervous, somewhat girlish look she’d been giving Sienna up to that point. “Right then,” she said, reaching out to pick up a couple of potatoes so she could step around her ex and continue on with her night.

Sienna let out a small humorless laugh. “Still fantastic at running, I see.” She commented. Her tone was monotone if not a little condescending. The woman turned to leave no longer interested in shopping from the produce aisle.
