it’s the first day back at school. in about an hour, i’m going to go have a shower. i’m going to shave everything and do my whole routine so i can waste time. then i’m going to get dressed and drink 32oz of water. i’ve already weighed myself and i lost 17lbs in 2 weeks. i’m going to go make 1 piece of toast and relax. hopefully today will be a good day :)

i have an idea!
my mom always comments on how it makes her sick to see people eat so fast, and so much. i’m always worried she’s thinking about that to me as well, soo! when i eat around her i’m only going to eat when she eats and, i’ll eat the same amount. my mom is suuppeeerr skinny so if i eat when and how she eats but healthier i’ll definitely lose weight and she won’t judge me 😳😳

start of 2020✨💗:
- 1000 or less cals a day
-only eat between 6am and 6pm
-go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week
-64oz of water a day at least
-weigh in everyday
-free day every sunday (under 3000cals)
-after every 50lbs get a new tattoo!
-Take waffle (my dog) for a walk daily
-keep room tidy to keep busy
-every time you lose 10lbs lower your cal intake by 10cals
you can do this, it’s going to take work but it’ll pay off. if it was easy everyone would do it.
this is just motivation for me please don’t “get” an eating disorder. it’s not a choice, or a diet.

Starving Rules
Hello, these are rules I've made for myself but feel free to use this and give me more tips if you would like. Thank you!
• No eating after 7 pm
• Fill up on water/other liquids throughout the day to stay full
• Chew gum or brush your teeth to suppress appetite
• Write down food cravings when you have the urge to binge
• Browse clothes online you want to wear when you hit your GW
• Eat in front of a mirror
• Chew a lot when eating
• Put fork down in between every bite
• Eat slowly to trick your mind into being full and drink lots of water in between eating
• Look at thinspo until you become the thinspo
• Dont eat foods that will trigger a binge
• Always say no to food offers
• Always order the healthiest option on the menu
• Never finish a full meal
• Drink a carbonated low calorie drink to feel full

guess who’s back on her bullshit? me.. it’s me. i caught the flu and haven’t been able to eat anything for two days. i’ve lost liek 10lbs because of it and i had to get iv fluids and iv gravol to keep water down but i forgot how good it feels to starve soooo looks like we done relapsed i’m a dumb bitch
