It's been MONTHS since I've finished any art, wow. Glad I'm not too rusty! Anyways, this is Klarinetta NecroDancer and her stupidly hugelarge zweihänder. It's not even to scale if you're going off the sprites. It's like 1.5x as tall as she is 😂

This took me a month to finish because 1) the perfectionism is out in full force, and 2) because of some wild technical issues with Clip Studio Paint. I painstakingly drew half this line art with no pen stabilizers because of how long it took me to hone in on the problem. Turns out if I press alt or the spacebar at any point, the pen stabilization turns off until you jiggle the settings. And guess what my two most used hotkeys are? That's right! Undo with ctrl+alt+Z and pan with spacebar. Had to overhaul my keybinds and my muscle memory 💀

Also, I tried some experimental stuff with the lighting. There's 3 light sources here: Blue, green, and dim ambient light. I didn't want those to overlap at any point, but since the layer blending on the lighting is linear light, you would be able to see the underlying layers. So! I made use of a 3D texturing technique where you store multiple channels of information in the RGB values of a single image. Or layer, in this case. It was a little hard to work with because I couldn't see what the lighting would look like in real time, but looks kinda funky cool on its own!

Don't let the media make what's happening with Israel, Iran and Jordan into some "middle-east problem" again. This was entirely orchestrated and encouraged by the US and the UK. Israel initiated every attack against Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, and Iran. Israel KILLED, targeted, the children and grandchildren of Palestinians political leaders. And the US could've stopped all of this by simply not giving Israel money and weapons bu they didn't.

The Western media has constructed this narrative that countries like Iraq and Iran are the problem and the western nations are the antidote keeping their 'terrorism' at bay. No, they have always and at all times started the conflicts, or worsened them.

Because they want the land, they want hegemony over the resources of that region and that is it. And they've demonstrated already by killing over 33,000 people that they'll do anything.

Stop joking about World War 3 and take the loss of lives and the horror of what is happening seriously. This cannot keep escalating

since i've been tinkering with my 3ds more lately i noticed that the battery is not nearly as good as it used to be. but i thought "well at least the battery isn't too difficult to replace. just have to get a new one and take the back plate off and swap them." and i thought, gee, most stuff today sure doesn't make battery replacement easy. out of curiosity i check the difference on ifixit.
