Introducing TEAM RASCALS! They’re here to cause trouble!!

Pipsqueak is a spunky little guy and the leader of Team Rascals. His parents are famous adventurers, and he idolized them and their stories of grandure ever since he could remember. This admiration turned sour when, several years ago, his parents never returned from a dangerous mission. He spent many hopeful nights wishing them to return, but they never did. The more he heard the townsfolk glorify their bravery for leaving on the dangerous quest, the more he began to resent exploration teams as a whole. He teamed up with his best friend, Scoot, and the two of them started pranking all the local teams they could. One day he was struck with a brilliant idea: if he started his own team, they could live in the guild and dunk on all the teams there even harder. Thus, Team Rascals was born. If asked, he will never tell his devious reasons for joining the guild, instead lying and saying it's because he wants to be just like his parents when he grows up. ...that's not true, not even a little bit!!

Scoot likes to live life on the edge. He's a street urchin who grew up sneaking and stealing to get by, and he wouldn't have it any other way. He met Pip when the two were kids, and they got along like gasoline and a lit match. The two stirred up so much trouble around town that everyone sighs long-suffering at the sight of the two of them. Scoot is easily riled up; it takes only a couple words of challenge to have the tiny bunny stomping his feet and demanding a fight. He relies on Pip to talk him down and remind them of their bigger goal: retribution when they least expect it. Though he's often grumpy, Scoot has a strong sense of justice and can't stand seeing anyone being picked on by a stronger pokemon.

Rags is the most recent addition to the trouble makers crew. When the duo was backed into a corner after a prank gone wrong, Rags stepped in to help them escape, and the trio have been thick as thieves ever since. They're not sure why Rags helped them to begin with, nor do they know much about them at all. They're completely silent, never speaking, only staring with those huge eyes of theirs. Always watching. Though Rags never talks, Pip and Scoot seem to be able to understand them just fine.
