I had no idea it was this bad... I’m so incredibly sorry this happened to you. You did not sabotage the work by taking away the pieces you rightfully own. You deserve better my friend! Wishing you all the love.

In a final attempt to clear the air and be done with this, this is my full side of the story with THTS. I’m also including a link to the screenshots in the document, so that readers can come to their own conclusions of what happened, which I very much encourage. As much as we’re talking about “sides”, I don’t want anyone to have to rely on one word or another alone. I don’t have everything unfortunately, but I’m not hiding what I said or what was said to me. I’m tired. People can throw a fit over this all they want (wow pastels how dare you post private conversations??), but I do not have the time or energy to put up with half-truths. This is my side of the story, including all of the petty things that were said. Of course, no one is required to interact with any of this. I’d rather put all of this out here and take responsibility for my faults than be silenced. “But it’s not anyone’s business–” Yeah, that was lost when I was slandered on the front of the fic and banned from the server.

hi anon, i'm sorry it took me so long to get to this.

you're not overstepping at all, it's natural to be curious! it's...definitely something that got wayyyy out of hand for a story about fictional characters haha

the shortened version is that after a disagreement with my co-author that i thought had been resolved more than once, i was asked to step off the fic so that they could finish it by themselves. which... as i'm sure you've noticed--is not what's happening. but i'll be honest, i kind of expected as much.

it wasn't my decision to leave the fic. maybe i could've been alright with that, but i was also demodded in my former co-author's server without warning or reason around the same time as my kick from the project. once i took my parts out of the story (i was very uncomfortable with my work being attached to something i was no longer allowed to be a part of), i was banned from that same server as well. i figured if they could add a note to the front of the fic airing out that i had "sabotaged" it, then it would be fair for me to answer this.

but hey, what’s done is done. i hope nothing but success for THTS and the new collaboration

i appreciate your concern and support so so much <3 i hope this also eases the worries of those who might've thought i just disappeared from the zelink space haha!

Cloudy

His eyes are the colour of the pale blue moon,

Cold and longing,

Wanting for more.

Knowledge is something he hopes to gain,

With a notebook,

Pen poised in his practiced hand.

Zelda and Link

Zelda

Possesses the blood of the Goddess Hylia

Fully fledged scholar

Trained in the Royal Knights Academy alongside her royal guards

Proficient in Sheikah Technology and engineering

Dabbles in alchemy and has made elixirs and potions that can increase your life force and stamina

Engaged to Link, her (retired) appointed knight

Link

5’2 without boots, 5’3 with boots

28 years old

The Hero of Legend incarnate

He’s had possession of the Master Sword since he was a child

Captain of the Royal Guard before becoming Princess Zelda’s appointed knight

Trained in the Royal Knights Academy at age 16

He can’t read or write well, Link isn’t very studious

Lightning fast, a very skilled fighter, his talent is unmatched amongst the knights of the Kingdom

Overconfident, cocky bastard

Engaged to Princess Zelda

Orcristan

Orcristan is the country nearest to Hyrule, rumoured that 100 000 years ago the two lands were once one. These two lands share legends and religions, traditions and customs. Walking amongst the people were the Three Golden Goddesses, Din, Nauru, and Farore and the White Goddess Hylia. It is said that when the land split the goddesses were separated. The Three Golden Goddesses residing in Orcristan while Hylia in Hyrule. Similar to how Zelda and Link are the reincarnates of Hylia and her chosen hero, the Three Golden Goddesses became mortals in order to bring peace to the land. Each Golden Goddess with an incarnate of her own. Din, the Golden Goddess of Power, rules over the land of Orcristan, her incarnation is destined to always be the ruler of Orcristan. In a constant power struggle with Demise, Din scattered the pieces of the triforce throughout the land in order to keep the God of darkness from finding them.

Story

After the return and defeat of Ganon to Hyrule, Demise made his return to Orcristan in search of the pieces of the triforce. Arianna, the one who carries the blood of the Golden Goddess Din, sends a cry for help to Link and Zelda, in hopes that the Goddesses chosen heroes could help hold back the threat of Demise. With the powers of the Master Sword and the Sealing powers of the Goddess Hylia combined with the powers of the Golden Goddesses, Arianna hopes to seal away Demise forever.

The journey will be long and nothing like anything Link and Zelda have ever encountered before. They soon come to realize they play much bigger roles in the fate of the world than they thought they had…
