And I never know what to say to convey what I want to say. I want them to know I understand, I want them to know I'm sorry, I want them to know I care about them and I'm worried about them and I want them to feel better and would love to find the best solution for what's going on. Yet what I actually say is so empty and hollow and meaningless and not helpful at all, and probably sounds like I haven't fully understood what's the issue. Oh god...

Idk I always feel like my relationships with others are something unbearably delicate and fragile, like an extremely elaborate porcelain sculpture or a tiny hurt animal, and I have to carry it around and if I make one wrong move, a single mistake, it will break, or die, and there's nothing I can do about it and it will be lost forever.
