Make some crafts! It can be bracelets, pottery, or whatever you can find around the house!

Take a walk if you feel adventurous!

🍀 Health 🐸

Make sure to eat plenty of food, you need to be healthy and strong to take on the day.

Drink plenty of liquids as well! It might be fun playing, but staying hydrated is just as important.

If you have any medication that's been prescribed to you, don't forget to take it as well. Don't forget to take care of yourself, and make sure that you have your medicine!

Exhausted? Don't feel afraid to take a nap! If you ever get sleepy, just know that you'll be able to play and have fun in the morning... Make sure to rest up and stay strong :)

Be sure to stay clean as well, and scrub good! Make sure that you wash properly and do a good job. I know it may seem daunting, but it's well worth it.

i’m so happy i get to be unmasked (autism, not regression) at my bfs house pretty much anytime im there and his parents don’t judge me :) its so so nice because i usually get exhausted from spending all day somewhere from masking and that hasn’t been the case for months now :) i spend most days there and feel relaxed

i’ve been regressing this past week without a tumblr presence but i wanted to make it known i got my favorite toothpaste from when i was a kid to help motivate me to brush my teeth more and to help when i have sensory issues (regular toothpaste and mouthwash burns my mouth) and it tastes the exact same way it did when i was a kid :)) very much worth it, esp cause it’s cheaper

Wysteria

Wysteria is such a pretty pony that loves flowers. She knows all about different kinds of flowers! Her cutie mark consists of differently colored wisteria flowers, which are one of my personal favorite flowers!! Wisteria flowers are just so pretty.

The wiki says that Wysteria's first media appearance is in the movie A Charming Birthday, of which I've seen. I think it's when they try to surprise Kimono for her birthday, which they weren't able to do in the past because it's hard to surprise Kimono? I think anyways.

Wysteria appears in quite a few movies, actually. The wiki lists them as such:

During The Princess Promenade, the ponies find a hole in the ground, which leads to them meeting Spike the dragon, and Wysteria is the one to touch his flower, making her into a princess.

I honestly don't remember if I had Wysteria as a kid, nor do I remember ever seeing any of the movies during my childhood, though I'm sure at one point I did. I think maybe I was just too young to remember it.
