Ibara:  (If Jun were to be in the position of managing the schedule just once, he would be able to understand just how awful this is.)

Ibara:  (However. An Eden member receiving an overseas promotion after Absolute is a chance one couldn’t even wish for.)

Ibara: (I never imagined that it would be Jun, instead of Kakka or Denka, who would be doing it.)

Ibara: (The truth is, to keep up with(1) Kakka and Denka’s performance, Jun has continuously strived to work hard.)

Ibara: Naturally, waging war on the global stage is a challenge. But the returns are proportionally just as big.

Ibara: It’s simple. It just means that choosing a capable person who seems suitable to be the next president is taking too long.

Nagisa: …You mean they can’t find someone good?

Ibara: Well, that’s right. And so, that talk about taking up the position of the president is only until the next president has been decided.

Ibara: Even if it’s just temporary, there are risks to being the president. If anything, the absence of a president will end up showing our weakness to the other agencies.

Nagisa: …I see. You’ve convinced me.

Ibara: It’s most wonderful that I can reassure you, Kakka!

Hiyori: Jun-kun, you’re making difficult faces, I see?

Jun: Yea. I’ve never been this nervous before, not even during the audition.

Jun: …Wh, Ohii-san!? How long’ve you been here?

Jun: Actually, please say something when you get here.

Ibara: We had been working in Eden for a while, some way or another, so I thought I understood Jun’s temperament by now, but…

Ibara: I just didn’t think he would be this thoughtless. I’m fed up with it.

Hiyori: In any case, keep the secrets to this occasion only.

Ibara: Jun. Please don’t inconvenience us any further.

Hiyori: It’s not just about Jun-kun. Nagisa and Ibara too, you shouldn’t keep secrets, you hear?

Ibara: Of course. There is no way I would be keeping a secret from you, Denka, would I?

Translation Notes!

Written as 荊棘 for wild rose and bramble rose. It is not the Kanji for the character's name, but is still read as Ibara.

飲み込む : To consume, swallow, take into yourself. Linguistically, to consume is to understand.

戯れ is a playful joke or game with a flirty undertone to it.

When marked, the pronoun used is 自分 (read as Jibun), which means either 'you', 'me' or 'oneself'. In this song, every other instance has no personal pronouns used, and is only implied in the context of the lyrics. However, I encourage that you take the pronouns I chose here as a mere suggestion.

貪る: Greed in general, with the implication of consuming things.

描き is to draw or write. Contextually, this line is asking you what you'd do to forge your own life('s path). It's just a bit awkward to say 'draw your own life' in English.

If you heard this line without looking at the Jp text, it's possible to hear it as 'Towards the future where a battle has emerged'.

綻びる : To break open, bloom (of flowers), to rip apart.

An additional translation note for the song's title: Enkan would be something round-ish and connected from one end to the next. It does not have to be a perfect circle. Enkan is not necessarily a Torus. But, an 円環面 (read as Enkanmen) would definitely be a Torus. For consistency's sake, I opted for 'Circle' to match the English parts of the original JP lyrics.
