The order being shout at him just made him stop slightly from reaching the girl with his hand, pulling back. He exhaled harshly, making an awkward breathing sound, once again reaching for her, grabbing her arm with no hesitation, and twisting to get her closer to him.

Had to make sure she was that girl once again.
