Hi, I just found your blog and I feel the need to tell you that you’ve completely inspired me. I saw your Project Splatoon 3 quite a while back, and got completely hooked with all that came with it. I saw in your bio ‘Video game concept artist’ and new that was what I wanted to do. Hi Squeaky I'm a big fan! I was wondering, how do you come up with the names for your characters? They all sound really cool and I was thinking of renaming my oc so I'm looking for some advice or tips!

Fantasy Name Generator is a great place to get ideas going. They have tons of categories so I sometimes use the ones that thematically relate to the OC and gather some, then tinker with them. I also think about words that relate to them and try to incorporate them into the name, and I like to use cool real life names as a base on occasion. On average I go through 20-30 names for a character and have to narrow it down LOL it's the most time consuming part of the design!
