Does anyone have any heart healthy dinner meal suggestions? :(
Low saturated/trans fat + high fiber. Low in sugar and salt is an extra bonus.
I keep looking online but idk where to start... it's very overwhelming... I got a bunch of chicken breast and spices and veggies and shit.. but I feel frozen unsure what to do.
No chick peas or mushrooms please... 😭
