Hi! I really enjoy your art and was wondering how you go about making your prints. Do you print them yourself? I want to try making better quality prints of my own artwork and was looking for any pointers. Thank you!

I do the scanning/photographing and post-processing of my artwork, but the prints themselves are professionally made. I have them shipped to me and then I pack and ship every order myself :)

You can make beautiful quality prints yourself, but I couldn't give good advice for the tech side. Making sure the image you're making the print from is really high resolution (minimum 300dpi) and formatted in CMYK (or whatever colour format your printer uses) will help! Also, select a paper stock that's a good weight, texture and colour to complement your artwork. You can try buying a sample pack and test print on a few different stocks to see which makes your artwork look the best.

I just bought two pieces of your art and am so excited to receive them! I was wondering if you plan on updating your shop with more pieces soon?

Thanks for collecting some of my work! And yes, I'm going have a little spring cleaning sale in my shop next week which will offer a disocunt on prints as well as lots of smaller original artworks. Got to make some room in the studio! I'll update with new prints in the early summer :)
