As you can see in the video, soloing him is near impossible.  He has an anti-solo mechanic built right in to prevent you from being able to do this.  The first time I was able to survive by running in a big circle, but he applied it to me again almost right away causing my immediate death.  (more)

This trash area is the shortest stretch, but it can be annoying.  Most of these monsters have a knockback and the packs are close together.  We've tried a few different routes to get through them, but whenever we deviate from the main path we seem to get knocked into a second pack and completely wipe the raid.  This has happened LOTS. I requested that we quit trying to be fancy and just follow the path through the area, we do (for the most part) but jump off the bridge early to skip the group at the far side of it. (more)

I won't claim I'm the first one that discovered this, I actually pieced it together from a few other sources that gave out hints on how they got theirs.  These Adegan crystals are used in the Magenta Crystal recipes that drop from some of the world bosses.  It's actually quite a long process to collect one if you include all the loading screen and travel time.  I've cut things down to a step by step process in the above video just showing where to go and what to do. This is a Datacron you have to come back for, it's in a level 40+ Heroic area and you'll probably need help getting to it.  First you'll need the Detonator from Lain-Ricie who can be found elsewhere on Alderaan. With the Detonator head into the tunnels in the Southeastern portion of the bonus map area (far south area) with the Ant People.  You'll be sent in here as part of a bonus quest series. (more)

This datacron is located in the southeast portion of Quesh.  Before you head into the palace structure to the south take a sharp right up onto a hill beside the wall.  From here follow the hill around to the west then north. Continue behind a cave entrance up on the hill and jump across the jagged portion till you see the datacron on a small rise just ahead. (more)

This datacron is actually underground.  There is a tunnel system in about the middle of the map where you can cross over from the east to west side.  There are two entrances, one at each end.  The datacron is located directly between the two entrances.  So it doesn't matter which one you use, the process is the same. The Cunning datacron is located in the Republic area in the northwest of Quesh.  To get there you have to cut through the factory west of the landing point, or you can go the long way south all the way down and around back up to the north.  It's much easier to cut through the factory. (more)

Head south from the outpost over the bridge.  Almost immediately after the bridge you'll want to turn directly south.  There should be a large satellite dish up ahead of you, aim to pass it on the left. Just past the satellite dish is a path that will lead you through a twisting gap in the mountains.  Watch out on the other side of the path, there is an elite droid that can jump you if you aren't ready for him. This is a quick Datacron to get once you've discovered the Lower Markaran outpost.  Just head south from the outpost along the path toward the broken bridge.  Before you get on the bridge turn right (west) and head for the cliff edge.  You should find a pipe sticking out of the side of the hill. This Datacron is located in the Colocoid Queen's Nest which can be reached through the first area.  Just follow the road south and west, then continue on as it curves to the north.  There is a cave entrance on the west side of the map, that is your destination. (more)

The Cunning Datacron is located in the droid factory.  You'll be sent here on various quests, during one of them you'll have to sabotage the droid assembly lines.  This is the perfect time to grab the datacron since you're down in the proper area to start with. From the Upper Markaran Outpost you can head almost directly south past the Listening Post and continue onward until you find the factory.  It isn't hard to the locate, it's the huge building that looks like it is coming out of the mountain. Ba'Teil is a junk dealer in Balmorra that sells a Code Cylinder used to unlock the Aim Datacron.  He is located on the extreme east side of the starter map.  To find him drive down the metal stairs by the Flight Point until you get to the water, then head almost directly east.  Across the water on the far side you should see a ramp leading up and to the north, head for that ramp. The Aim Datacron on Balmorra is actually quite close to the starting point, just a bit north and across a bridge.  Prior to getting it though, you'll have to head over to Ba'Teil and buy a Code Cylinder from him.  You'll need the cylinder to unlock the case that the Datacron is in. (more)

In this video I decided to show a specific subset of a Tank's job and to focus on a protection target rather than playing in a more general sense.  My goal for the game was to keep myself and my guarded target alive as much as possible.  My damage was obviously going to suffer, but I was hoping that my team play would be boosted to the same degree. Normally in a Warzone I have multiple goals and objectives, I wouldn't recommend playing as the above video shows in all circumstances - it is purely an educational tool to see the ways in which you can protect another player and how that works overall. The above is a video of a random Civil War match - this is just a video highlighting what I try to do during a Civil War match to help my team win. The goal of Civil War is to take control of the three Turrets and have them fire on the enemy ship until it comes crashing down to the ground.  There are three controls located beneath the turrets which are clickable.  Taking control of a turret takes 8 seconds.  (more)

As part of the daily quest series on Belsavis you will be given the task to weld shut a containment door and keep a monster from escaping.  I did this quest a few times and it always seemed quite easy.  I remember the first time, I ran inside and was practically sweating hoping that I could get the door welded shut before he broke it down. This Datacron can take a while depending on if you have stealth or not.  Fighting your way through the cave to get to the ledge can be a bit challenging since it's packed with strongs and elites. First head south along the road from the outpost through the hills, avoiding the sand people as necessary.   While following the path you'll see the datacron up on a ledge high above you.  From here move toward the cliff side and look over the side, way down there you'll see a protruding ledge.  (more)
