--- “Oh? What this? Worried about me? Well, forget it. I’m fi---” Orion was interrupted by a loud growl from his stomach, and he looked off to the side in embarrassment. “O-okay, okay, so I'm a little hungry. But I can’t let something as small as that stop me! You go ahead and take your break; I’m going to see if Àki will have a little spar with me.”

    “Ugh, thank you. Have you had anything to eat yet? You should join me if you have not.” Orion seemed to be flagging a bit himself - not enough that it made him any worse off, but he’d spent a good portion of his life around Orion, almost as much as his brothers. It was easy for him to tell when he was beginning to tired.

--- “Okay, okay, but I’m making sure Fideles holds you to that half hour. He’s been standing on the sidelines for a while now.” Orion probably needed a bit of a break a well. Having five students that were all at different levels really took up the day with each of their training. He didn’t mind too much though, but it usually did take him a bit to realize when he was tired or hungry.

    “Fine, but can I at least take a break?” He was still recovering from that last hit. (It didn’t help that he’d been up at dawn for training with Isshurem and Orion had dragged him into this almost the instant he finished.) “A half hour, at most. I still have yet to eat anything, I do not know how you expect me to fight well on an empty stomach.”

--- “Says the fact that I refuse to simply give up teaching you. You’re getting it, Ciro, I can see it in the way you move, and you are making improvements, but you’re just having trouble applying what you’re learning.”

    “But how likely is it to happen?” A sigh as he ran a hand through his hair, “I cannot fight well, we both know that. I have not gotten the hang of it in months of training, what makes you think I ever will?”

--- “Ciro, you need to learn how to defend yourself. We won’t be around to do it forever. There may come a time when even the Dragon will not be able to. Then what will you do?”

    “As many times as I have to remind you that I am naturally terrible at fighting. Are we finished for today yet?” It may be obvious that he gave up a long time ago.
