instead of milking squid game by making an american version, i really wish that we could get a series with the characters that kinda gives us more insight on their “backstories”

we know about gihun because he’s the main character and we know a little bit about saebyeoks past, but i wish we knew more. like i wish we could see her actually leaving the north and things like that.

i’d love to know about jiyeongs life and see everything that happened to her and a lot of people want to know about thanos and namgyus past and i’d like to know about junhee and myungi and how they even met. inho is a big one id like to know way more about. he was literally in the games himself and had a wife, can we see some of that? that seems interesting for sure.

there’s just a lot of characters where i’d like to see how they got where they got/follow up’s. i think that’d be way better than just making another squid game season in an american version, but that’s just me.
