i can barely even finish a meal on my own let alone one i prepared myself.

this is so important because i noticed that when i completely stop eating, i get extremely depressed and unhappy. we are still human and we need food. food does provide comfort whether we want to accept it or not therefore it’s important to eat things we enjoy and love. when i eat stuff i actually like, i’m always much better too and more focused. it’s possible to make good low-cal food

FIND S4FE FOODS YOU LIKE!! Figure something out tailored to YOU! Oh, you don't like greek yoghurt? Find a different lean protein source that you do like! If you just try surviving on shit you hate because it's low c4l, you will end up b1nging. You don't have to be miserable and live off of food you don't like for the sake of losing weight! Find low c4l alternatives to food! Find ways to ENJOY things while still eating in a d3f1cit. It'll make life so much easier.
