The main concern that plagued her was that Thomas, as sweet as he is, would probably make the poor woman fumble and forget what she’s doing in the kitchen; Especially with the way he looks at her. What a way to end a day 💗😍💗🥰🤣

So in the afternoon when me, my GF and a friend of ours were in the cafeteria, our friend was making a lot of suggestive jokes (it's what we do) and I had responded with my own and glanced at my girlfriend

He asked, "So what those hands do?"

I was slightly embarrassed to answer but my gf said, "this is what they do" and proceeds to tickle me 😆🤣💗 (I freaking love her)

So later that night when I was at her place, we were playing minecraft for a good while and then she wanted to cuddle (how can I say no to something like that 🥺💗)

So we ended up cuddling and making out (a routine we indirectly made) and when I cheated her out of a kiss, she got all pouty and turned away like a little kid. The wheeze that came out of me omggg 🤣🤣🤣 she was acting so childish it was adorable. When I tried to console her, she gave me this pouty look and I just lost it. She playfully bonked me on the head.

Now it was my turn to be pouty. I turned away and pouted and she had the audacity to climb on top of me and say "ahhh now who's all pouty?" It was such a funny thing cuz everytime she tried to kiss me, I'd either hide my lips or turn away from her and it was just all goofy and silly and I loved it. When she finally landed a kiss on me, we just relaxed with her as my weighted blanket

"I love playing with you like this, just being goofy and silly"

She smiles and agrees with a kiss. After that, she starts kissing my neck. Now me, I make a lot of "cute little noises" (GF's words not mine, and not I the way you think) and normally when i say "no" I saw "nyo" almost like a cat and she has been imitating me for since we stsrted going out. When she said that in my ear, I made the mistake of saying "Ah, no! That tickles!" She gave this little evil gremlin giggle and starts saying "nyo" over and over again in my ear, making me laugh, and her laughing in my ear wasn't making it any better (but i loved every second of this; just playing around with her is so much fun)

When all was said and done, I move from under her but she had my leg trapped. I eventually get comfortable but my GF insists on poking me. I giggle ofc and end up kissing her to make her stop. When I cheat her out of another kiss she places her hand on my ribs and says "Hey, sorry about this but my hands and fingers like to jolt and Twitch at times" *Twitches fingers on my ribs and squeezes them* "Ah see? I mean I can't help it" *tickles me again* "they just have a mind of their own" *squeezes my ribs again*

Magna walked over to Y/N and sat down beside her, he had asked her to hang out with the intention of telling her that he had feelings for her. But everytime he tried to ask her the two were interrupted, either by some of the Black Bulls who were also out for the evening, or by wait staff at the restaurant.

Magna watched as Y/N stared at the sky, he looked up as well.

“ There’s supposed to be a meteor shower tonight,” Y/N said cheerfully before turning to look at him. “ What are you going to wish for?”

Magna began to quietly panic, he didn’t really have a wish prepared. He began to try and think of one before Y/N began to giggle quietly beside him.

“ It’s alright, I don’t have a wish prepared either. I figure I’ll just figure it out once the shower starts.” She told him.

“ Heh, that sounds like a good idea, and afterwards we can tell each other what we wished for.” He suggested with a small laugh, and Y/N tilted her head.

“ Hm, you’re not supposed to tell each other what you wished for. But I don’t see the harm in doing so.” She told him. Magna felt his face heat up in embarrassment, he remembered Noelle telling him something like that before too. But luckily Y/N wasn’t as harsh with him as Noelle was about it.

As the two sat together quietly Magna looked at her as he remembered when he saw her for the first time. She had been pretty shy and bashful at first, but as he got to know her the spunkier she was. Sometimes she would get in on his and Luck’s shenanigans, and other times she would scold them. But no matter how mad she got she would always smile at him.

And one day that smile made his heart beat differently than it had before, and he noticed when he was around her it seemed like everything she did was amazing, and she always looked beautiful no matter what she was wearing, and his face would flush a million shades of red.

After Magna had gotten fed up with how erratic his emotions were, he decided to talk to Vanessa about it. He’d never forget the look she gave him and the way she tried not to laugh, but she explained that what he was feeling for Y/N was love. Not a familial or platonic love, but a romantic one.

Ever since then Magna had been trying to figure out how he should tell her, or even if he should tell her. But after getting a stern talking to from both Yami and Vanessa about how it was manlier for him to tell her how he felt, he decided he would tell her up front.

“ Ooh it’s starting!” Y/N whispered excitedly as she pointed up to the sky, Magna turned and watched as meteors streaked across the sky in a beautiful shower.

“ Make a wish!” She whispered again as she clasped her hands together, and Magna, with a small smile, followed suit.

Soon, almost too soon, the meteor shower ended and the two opened their eyes and unclasped their hands.

“ So,” She started hesitantly as she leaned in towards Magna. “ What did you wish for?”

Magna suddenly began to panic again, he knew he had to tell her, and he wanted to tell her. But for some reason he felt like he couldn’t. He was afraid of how she would react once he told her, would she laugh it off as a joke? Or would she accept his feelings?

He knew there was only one way to find out, so he took a deep breath, and decided to ‘be a man’.

“ Y/N I,” he cleared his throat. “ I wished that you would be my girlfriend…” he trailed off sheepishly as he looked away and rubbed the back of his head.

Y/N smiled a bit and tilted her head before she grabbed the front of his jacket and pulled him towards her, she couldn’t help but think he looked so cute when he was embarrassed.

“ Y’know,” she started softly as she stared into his eyes. “ My wish was similar, I wished that you would finally have the courage to ask me to be your girlfriend.”

Magna stared at her wide eyed.

“ You knew this entire time?!” He asked in shock, Y/N giggled and nodded.

For the rest of the night the new couple talked about how long they had feelings for each other, kissed for the first time, and tried to figure out how they were going to tell the rest of the squad.

Thank you so much for everything. Yes, real life gets hectic and unfortunately, it will be more hectic for me for a while soon. ;-; Hope everything is going fine for you now. As for the chocomint post, hmm, I don't remember the exact chapter number (probably 60/61/62-ish?) but it had Lilie and Kaito in it and because I had never picked up Clear Card as I wanted to binge read/watch it, I was left very confused as to who these two were once I began coming across them in Tumblr. The reason I even came back into the CCS tags because I am actually taking a hiatus from Boruto (yeah, I will confess that I am one of the rare few who went straight from Naruto to Boruto and actually enjoys its sequel). Boruto right now is in a "let's torture the protagonist" phase ala Tsubasa style and it's actually becoming painful to read (actually good writing, it makes you squirm and feel pained for Boruto, he is shaping up to be one of my most favourite shonen protagonists). I am thinking of keeping my hands off it for a few months for binging purposes and thought why not check out my first preteen/nearly teen OTP. And yeah, I come back to find that it is nearly in its arc end. And then I search tags and of course, I find very confusing and disconnected things, especially with random chocomint references, and people being very critical about a lot of things. I totally understand the valid criticisms now that I have caught up but I admit that I did enjoy a lot of things in Clear Card as well and I am looking forward to watching season 2 on weekly basis just because of this. I wonder when that is going to be aired because I can't find any info regarding it beyond its production announcement.

And now I can proceed to reply to this ask of 20 days ago 💦 I'm sorry, but I reaaaaaaally wasn't in the mood to write anything, back then.

Now that the manga is ending, I can start working again on the long list of posts addressing many topics, and one of those (I think it'll actually be my next one in line, after the one I did of the literary references) will precisely be not only about the significance of chocomint inside the story, but actually all the food and all the handmade stuff. Yes, they're there to bring a very special message and not only to waste time in the plot. 🙂

And yes, we're all waiting for more info about the sequel of the Clear Card anime, because ever since the announcement on April 1st they haven't said anything else. I expect we'll hear something along with the release of the next chapter, the final one!!

The call (the season and his little devil part 4)

So...... about that. I did use that card. And little did I know I would be walking out of a lingerie store with 35 suuuuuuuper exspensive lingerie sets.

I still re-read the note everytime I have a chance.

How in the fuck did I end up in this?

I think wanting to dissapear. But then again. I did also want to understand the hell aspect of it right?

I sigh deeply as I look at the sky. I look at the necklace around my neck. I tried to take it off. But when I did, all it did was show up on my neck again.

Oh well, I was a toy anyway. At least now I'm getting paid nicely for it.

I think. I take a puff off the vape I had bought yesterday.

"You know that's not good for you right?"

A voice says behind me.

I roll my eyes.

"And why's that?"

I ask, knowing I'm about to fuck someone up if they try to lecture me.

Today is not the day bitch.

I turn.

"Because, it just makes it harder for a deamon to not want you."

FUCKING MIGUEL.

"Hey pretty thing."

He says wrapping his arm around me.

"You."

I say. I look at him in the light and I'm floored. Suit, tie, hair, piercings, even a tail and horns his 6'7" frame stretching at the seams of his suit.

I pull him into an alley by where we where.

"What the fuck!??!?!?!"

"Why are you walking around like that?!?!?! What the fuck is this?!"

I ask ponting at his tail and horns.

He laughs.

My. God. Ayayayayayay nonononono. We are not liking this we are angry. We are pissed!

I think mentally lecturing myself.

He puts a hand up to his face and shakes his head.

"Ayyy mi Diablo."

He says as he smiles.

"Your cute when your in denial."

He says it like a teenager.

"What?"

I ask confused.

He smiles.

"I can hear what's in that pretty little head of yours."

He says tracing my cheek with a tan finger.

I panic.

"Can all of the others?"

I ask mildly scared.

He winks.

"No. Just me. See, I'm the one that made the deal with you so your MY responsibility. Meaning I need to answer all your questions, and help you schedule shit. Basically Like a demon secretary for you even though I'm a higher rank than you."

He says very matter of factly.

"Im sorry...rank?"

I ask deeply confused.

He smiles.

"You see, you sold your soul, your now a part of the hierarchy."

He says with a shrug.

I hold my head looking down, still wrapping my head around the fact that a Demon man with a tail and horns is telling me these things, but also admiring the view of EXTREMELY toned thighs.

I sigh.

"Sooooo what now?"

I ask looking at him while leaning against the wall my bags on my arms.

He smiles.

"Well first, we get you out of that hovel of an apartment."

He says matter of factly.

I'm confused.

"Huh?"

"You heard me."

"How?

He smirks.

"Already covered. All the way from your nicknacks to your toys."

He says with a wink.

I go a deep red as I think of him going through my shit.

"Fine."

I say dragging my hand along my face in a frustrated tone.

"Do what you need to do."

I say bluntly.

He smiles and grabs my hand pushing me against the wall but instead of hitting the wall, I'm falling.

So is it weird I kinda dislike Santi a little bit? But reader too? Im just here thinking everytime reader had a second to think what she should do. If to get away from Santi or go to him just to go to him and I'll be like girl pls. Jfkdkdkdkdkdk *me in my mind shouting at reader*: GIRL LOVE YOURSELF!!!!

Anyways I loved the last chapter specifically when they were fighting after fucking and how she said that bc she isn't a mission she's basically not worth it. And when she said his love wasn't enough and she regretted her words. And I thought she SLAYED there. Omg like it's just I actually think those were the right words to describe their situation. Bc Santiago telling her he loved her really wasn't enough. Bc she wanted more things she wanted a future with a husband (him) and kids and a quiet lovely life like she mentioned at the beach and I think he needed to hear that. Doesn't matter how hard and rude it sounded. Sometimes telling someone u love them ISNT enough. Actions are needed. And if Santiago isn't okay to leave the army when she already left it. Then like yeah idk I don't think they will be compatible.

I'm not sure if this story will have a happy ending and even tho the characters were giving me a twitch in the eye I absolutely loved it and my friend which I was telling her about the fic she said: babe 36 messages? . And I was like girl you need to know about this fic I needed to rant. Ridkdkkrkrkfkdkd

Also also fun fact when Frankie popped in and reader knew he was probably naked I actually snorted. That was funny to me.

And look I adore this fic but sometimes Santi and reader make me want to rip my hair out. Going in going out going in going out like DECIDE WHAT YOU GUYS WANT PLS. okay I hope this isn't me being to whiny. I really do love the fic and I can't wait to read more.

Okay, let’s get into it… Yes! You said you disliked them their actions in this chapter. I think that’s so important to highlight! What’s happening for them right now and how they’re handling it is definitely not aspirational. I defo didn’t want to romanticise arguing and yelling, so if it came across uncomfortable then I guess that’s maybe… good?! 😆 I hope that we can still be rooting for them to get to a healthier place even while they’re still being flawed and so very human, but I totally agree that this one is rough and they’re not handling things in an ideal way. I think they’re trying but they don’t know how (yet?). What I like about these two is that they both mess up. They’re both imperfect. There’s no one place to lay the blame. They both love hard and they both hurt. We’ll see if they can figure out a better pattern (or not!) by the end of the series, but you’re so right. This is not the best moment for them… but in a way, it needed to happen because things needed to be said, and for right now this was the one way they could find to do it!

J2 Gold Panel Indycon 2022

The boys are dealing with a bit of a hangover courtesy of their night out; Jensen recommends not riding a scooter, and not trying to take a selfie video while riding them, that if you have to ride one to keep both hands on them. He is btw looking adorable with his hair all tousled. When Jensen was saying that you shouldn’t try to take selfie videos while riding a scooter Jared says he has to post it so here’s hoping he’ll be able to convince Jensen to post the vid 😆

First question is how much of an entourage did Baby get when she was out on location? She had Frank. All productions have a picture car wrangler that's the person that’s in charge of moving the cars around and putting them into position as well as driving them to and from location in their transportation truck, and for spn that person was Frank.

The boys share a story about how one time Frank was driving to put Baby in the trailer but the accelerator got stuck; he jumped a curve and drove into a field trying to stop the car but something was happening with the carburetor and he ended up in a ditch with a broken collarbone. Someone called the boys and told them what had happened and they rushed over, paramedics were already there, and after getting the all clear making sure that it wasn’t a serious injury and the poor man would make a full recovery, Jared told the paramedic that was tending to Frank "don’t try to fix his face it was already fucked up" which cracked Frank and the paramedic up 😂

How were they able to keep a straight face during funny scenes, and what’s the hardest they’ve laughed in an episode? Jared says they weren’t always able to keep a straight face, that there were many scenes that were ruined; an episode that comes to mind is Yellow Fever and that he was also laughing off camera during Eye of the Tiger. Jensen says that sometimes if you look closely you can see a little bit of a break and he mentions the scene of Bela driving off in the ep Bad Day at Black Rock when Dean turns to Sam and says “Son of a bitch!” you can see Jared break and turning away from the camera so it wouldn’t catch him laughing. He says everytime he sees that clip he’s like ‘ha! that’s jared i got him’. x

Asked if they think that if Dean had eaten a bunch of salty food or gargled salt water would it have slowed down his symptoms during Yellow Fever since ghosts don’t like salt, they don’t really have an answer to this they say that it’s a good idea and Jensen says you could do like a hunter brine coating yourself in salt which makes Jared say it would be wonderful cause he’s already so sweet it balances the flavor. Forget hungover they might still be a little bit tipsy because what was this answer 😂

Jensen was asked when Radio Company’s third album is coming out and what are each of his fav songs from either album? Jensen says he doesn’t know and don’t ask him that; Jared tells a story about how one time during s1 of spn his brother and now wife went to visit and Jared introduced him to Jensen and asked Jensen to play guitar and sing a song for his brother. Then Jensen says they’re in the process of getting Vol 3 out but he doesn’t know how soon that’s happening, and favorite song is hard to say that he knows his kids like Cannonball the best. I find it interesting that this question was sort of dodged, but also how jared recounts the story of introducing Jensen and his brother because I swear it seems as if he stops for a second while mentioning the introductions….i don’t know I’ve seen that part a couple times something seems off. All I’m gonna say is that it’s mighty sweet that Jared wanted his brother to see how talented Jensen is, it comes off as very wanting him to make a good first impression to his brother important to get that future brother in law approval. x

In another life if they weren’t actors what would they be? Jared says he would be a teacher. Jensen doesn’t know but whatever it would be it would be something that was continually evolving, he doesn’t think he would do well in a kind of static job like sitting in an office. x

After working together for so long was it easier for them to perform emotional or intense scenes because they knew how to play off each other or was it harder because they could mess each other up easily? Jared says for him it was 100% easier to be vulnerable with someone he trusts, and that oftentimes when there was an emotional scene they’d cut and the two of them would laugh and tease and reset; that for him it was definitely easier to act with someone he knows has his back. Jensen agrees, says that because they have worked together for so long that became an easier note to hit and adds that him and Jared know what each other needs and responds to to get to a place of emotion and even off camera work he knows where Jared is supposed to be so he can level it up a bit to give him something bigger to play off of; that they learned not only about each other but also about themselves and the show and characters gave them ample opportunity to hone that skill.

Says he’ll never forget how when filming Heart, when the day came to shoot Sam's emotional scenes Jared decided to do a tactic some actors do to make them emotional which is think about something from their own life and Jared thought about his dog Sadie dying, and he opted to stay in that headspace for duration of filming so when they yelled cut Jared would sit in the corner marinating in that emotion. And Jensen felt horrible because Jared was a wreck for 6 or 7 hours, and he would have to see Jared be drained of that emotion. That was the last time Jared did that.

Jared also says that spn gave them the opportunity to try different methods, and Jensen mentions that they got to know the characters so well and cared about them so deeply they would get emotional just knowing these characters were going through this, says Dean’s death scene was not acting he was legit emotional about Dean saying goodbye to Sam and he would have to choke back down that emotion and tell himself that he needs to calm down because Dean is not there yet that it was a slow burn x

The last question comes from a fan from Cincinnati which makes Jared say OH and that leads to....a cheer I guess- Jensen was confused and so am I but Jared was so excited x

The fans question was about memorable crew members. They mention a couple of people and that they still talk to a lot of them. Jared says that they are the tip of the iceberg and what people see but both of them are deeply aware that there’s so much that goes on that the crew does and how much they do to push them above the surface. x

I'm a baker and I've always loved the idea of people enjoying my cakes. I love baking for people.

Then I had this dream. I was friends with the guys and often made cakes and treats for them. In the dream (and real life to be honest) I'm head over heels with Frankie and would blush everytime he liked my cakes. He even got a little more tummy by eating cakes all the time 😆💜

What I didn't know was that he was crazy about me to. But then I woke up, before any of us could do anything about it.

“There she is! Our favorite little baker!” Benny shouted as he walked into the shop with the rest of the guys in tow. The rest of the patrons turned and looked at him as you shook your head.

“I know you only say that for free treats, Benny,” you teased.

“Hey, we all have a sweet tooth and we don’t trust anyone else to make us stuff,” he admitted. You walked from behind the counter and gave him a quick hug before hugging the other guys.

“How you guys been?” you asked, zoning in on Frankie who always seemed to linger in the back of the group. You had to confess that you always found him the most attractive out of them all and, more often than not, you found yourself thinking about him. “Frankie...”

“I’m-I’m good, thanks.” He looked at you then looked away quickly, smiling down at the floor as he rubbed the back of his neck.

“I want you guys to try something new for me. Go find a table and I’ll bring it out,” you told them and they all scrambled excitedly to the table with the most seats right by the window. 

You walked to the back and carefully plated the chocolate treats you had made last night. You tasted one yourself and thought it was great, but it was always nice to have a second, third, fourth, and fifth opinion. When you walked back out, Benny pumped his fists in the air and you laughed. Frankie stared out the window but looked as soon as you place the plates on the table. His eyes widened ever so slightly.

“I know how much you like chocolate, Frankie,” you said and he froze as he reached for a plate and looked up at you.

“Y-You do?” he asked, a small smile playing at his lips.

“I do.” You winked before walking away and you could hear the guys all teasing him now.

You busied yourself with other customers for a while, your eyes drifting back to Frankie every now and then. They were all talking animatedly about something but you couldn’t really pay attention since you were minding other customers.

“Frankie, dude, please go over there and tell her how much you liked her new...treat,” Santiago said. He nudged his best friend but Frankie only shook his head and shushed him.

“She’ll hear you. She’s...looking over here!” he whispered angrily before covering his face with a menu.

“And that’s not obvious at all,” Will teased.

“What did you guys think?” you asked excitedly and Frankie quickly lowered the menu and pretended to read it. He had a bit of chocolate in the corner of his lips. Those lovely, plush, pouty lips.

“They were fucking amazing,” Benny said. “What do you call ‘em?”

“I...don’t know yet.” You shrugged. “And the resident chocolate lover, what did you think?” you asked, looking directly at Frankie who was trying to hide his face with the bill of his cap.

“Frankie...” Santi whispered, elbowing him.

“Hm? Oh! It was...amazing. Best thing I ever tasted.” He smiled and you smiled back, feeling the heat rise to your cheeks. It was obvious that you had the same effect on him by the slight pink coloring his cheeks.

“You got a little something...” You grabbed a napkin and leaned over the table to wipe at the corner of his mouth. “Got it.”

“Thank you,” he said in a low voice, looking right into your eyes.

“Any time.” You stood up straight again and the guys all grinned at Frankie and held back laughs.

“You got any more?” Santi asked.

“You paying for ‘em?” You held out your hand and he just shook your head, making everyone laugh. “Maybe if you come back later. Now...get out and let me work, please.” 

They all said their goodbyes and, once again, Frankie lingered in the back. “Thanks again,” he said quietly. “You were good...I mean...the cake was good! The cake!” The guys snickered but you only nodded.

“Thanks Frankie. Come back any time.”

“Hey! How come he gets a ‘come back any time’ and we get kicked out?” Benny complained jokingly and Will shoved him out the door.

You laughed quietly as you cleaned the table they sat up, looking out the window just in time to see Frankie looking at you. He seemed embarrassed to get caught but raised his hand in greeting anyway. You waved back and he put his hands in his pocket before jogging to catch up with the guys. You watched as he did and tried to push all the thoughts you had of how good he looked in those jeans far back in your mind.

The bell above the door jingled as you cleaned and put stuff away for the night. “Sorry but I’m just clos-” You turned to find Frankie standing by the door awkwardly.

“Frankie?” You walked around the counter quickly and stood in front of him. “What are you doing here?”

“Um...well...you said I could come back any time, but if you’re closing I could come back tomorrow,” he said nervously, his words getting a little jumbled.

“No, no...please stay. Mind helping me a little?” you asked and he smiled.

“Love to.”

You threw him an apron so his clothes wouldn’t get dirty as he cleaned. It took you a lot longer to clean up tonight because you were so distracted by him. The way he easily reached for the highest shelves, the stretch of his shirt as he did. The determination etched on his face as he scrubbed at a particularly stubborn drop of icing was probably your favorite thing.

“It doesn’t have to be perfect, Frankie,” you told him and he looked up at you. He lifted his hat to wipe his forehead then replaced it.

“You do this alone every night?” he asked, looking around the kitchen.

“It’s not too bad,” you said.

“I mean...if you want, I can come by around closing time and help you out. I don’t mind.”

“You would do that for me, Frankie?” you asked.

“I’d do anything for you,” he blurted. “I mean, I’d...yeah...of course.”

You giggled and took your apron off. “Hey, I have something for you.”

“For me?” He smirked as you walked over to the big refrigerator. When you turned, he smiled even brighter.

“I had a few of these left over and...I know how much you like chocolate. Here.” You held the tray out to him and he took one of the little cakes. His phone dinged and he pulled it out.

Hey, whats goin on? the text from Benny read. Are u with her? Please dont have sex in the kitchen or thats all ill think about when we eat there. Frankie rolled his eyes and put his phone away.

“Benny?” you asked.

“How’d you know?” He took a bite of the cake and closed his eyes. “Best thing ever.”

“You really mean that?” you asked.

“Yup. Here.” He held the part he hadn’t bitten out to you and you took a bite. “Is that not the best thing you’ve ever tasted?”

“Wouldn’t it be conceited of me to say that about my own baking?”

“No. There’s nothing wrong with being confident in your work. I think I’m a damn good pilot,” he told you.

“Because you are.”

“And you’re a damn good baker,” he said. “Oh...you got a little...” He looked around and found a paper towel. He wet it in the sink before walking back over to you and wiping your lip. “Got it.”

“Thanks...”

“Can I...uh...kiss you?” he asked.

“You can.”

“Really?!” He was not expecting that answer at all. He looked down at the little piece of cake left in his hand. He shoved it into his mouth and you laughed.

“You’re gonna kiss me with a mouth full of cake?” you joked. He held up his finger as he chewed and chewed then swallowed.

“Okay. May I kiss you...now?”

“The answer is still yes.”

When his lips touched yours, you swore you sighed out loud. His lips were so soft, softer than you could have ever imagined. He wants to name it smth like Ddongsik. And like no offense to anyone who likes that name. I am sure it is a great name. BUT WHY FOR A KITTEN ?? Like when you look at that teeny tiny kitten that mewls whenever hee tries to get it off his lap and you're like OHH YEAH DDONGSIK IS A GOOD NAME FOR THIS PRECIOUS BABY UWU

So you tell Hee. "Baby, we are not naming our child Ddongsik" and at first we gets all blushy and stuff over calling the kitten "our child" and whatnot till he realizes you don't approve of the name. And he wants to argue and is about retort when you tell him that you hear Ddongsik you imagine a 49 year old Korean guy eating watermelon and reading newspaper, who then yells for someone to give him his reading glasses. Kshdkjfhr You tell him to look at Minho (skz) who has cats with such cute names :(((

6. favorite background/minor character?

everytime I hear “onward background character,” my mind automatically goes to Theo! he’s a nice innocent guy, and because he was the animator’s favorite, like…the fact that they adored him so much that they wanted him in the background of every scene is so funny, I love it! 😆

also have a soft spot for the deaf girl who signs that Ian “is cute” at the beginning of the film. I mean…she’s not wrong lol. anyway I actually caught that little detail the very THIRD time I watched Onward! I was innocently looking around the scene where Ian is about to enter his school, when suddenly out of nowhere I noticed it, paused the movie, replayed that part, and asked myself: “wait…is she doing sign? it looks like she’s doing sign!!” but I didn’t really know for sure...that was, until an article came out a few weeks later basically confirming it, so wouldn’t you it? I was right! 😲

and it’s funny: the only reason I really recognized that it was sign in the first place is because I actually live in a community where I see people doing sign language pretty much on a daily basis. I can’t do it personally…yet. but hey as long as I’m bringing it up! I’m actually going to be taking a beginners sign language course this semester! We’ll see how far I go in terms of being able to say “he’s cute” but I’m really looking forward to it!

“Carried Me with You” is an automatic favorite, I love that song! And Brandi Carlile! but I’m also gonna go the score route for this one… 

I say my favorite pieces are (in no particular order): Going on a Quest, New Ian, Led Us to Our Victory!, Two Teenage Elves, The Trust Bridge, and A Little Magic

14. which deleted scene is your favorite?

The three I go back to the most are “Unstoppable” “Training” and “Sirens” and I think that’s because those are the scenes I would like to see past animatic form! but specifically because young Ian and Barley are so precious and adorable in unstoppable! 🥹 training is just so fun and enjoyable to watch 🤣 and sirens has our brothers plus Jenny facing some devious villains! Emphasis on VILLAINS!!! 😈

26. do you own the film on physical media?

Yes I do! just on DVD tho, no blu-ray or deluxe package or anything like that…I mostly go to Disney+ for it anyway, but yeah the DVD is just cool to have! 📀

I most certainly hope so!! Onward deserves more love all day everyday 💗

30. if you could, would you add to or change something about the film?

Overall I wouldn’t, I love it just the way it is! 😍

I guess one thing is I kinda wish the end credits were a little more exciting...

I understand that since this story is based on Dan, his brother, and the mystery of their father that that’s why it’s got a more subtle, serious tone to it. I just look at some of the more bold, colorful, and creative end credits other pixar movies have and the transitions for them as each person who did their part comes on screen and wish onward had something like that (next to having “Walt Disney Pictures Presents” and “a Pixar Animation Studios film” come up before the title…but whatever) 🎞

also mid credits scene I guess? those are always fun and is one last extra opportunity to make the audience laugh! or to tease something…
