#my art#deltarune#queen#queen deltarune#utdr#safe utdr#redesign#humanization#oh my god im having so much more fun with this design that i expected gfdjskjsdd#[adds a power button to her mask] im so galaxy brain#i couldnt do much with opera color meanings bc queen already has a set color palette but i tried to do stuff with the markings themselves#the questioning 'bro/大佬' mask takes inspo from sun wukong facepaint bc inquisitiveness#her >:) mask has a white and red accents to evoke chou roles which often play the villain#the text behind her doesnt translate to 'queen'- its actually daoma dan- which is a type of martial female warrior type role#her facepaint is more jing role and her outfit more sheng role but-#-lets say she's a fun exception like how sun wukong is a wusheng despite his jing style facepaint#translations: 大佬 is 'bro' but its in cantonese bc i dont really know much mandarin or sichuanese slang gfdkskdssd#the best i can translate 牛B is 'pog' tbh#沙炮 are little charges of gunpowder you throw on the ground for a loud BANG and a small flash#my favorite toy as a kid ^-^ i miss them so.......
