In light of that previous post (and thank you @archduke-enver-gortash for the honor) I feel I need to apologize. I’m so wrong about Woljif. Like on my own planet. For the fic writer who probably floods his tag the most that’s kind of bad and it’s crazy to me that no one’s sent me testy anons (yet). (btw please don’t I’m sensitive.) In my defense I do try to stay true to the essential Woljifness I love so much but:

In my head and now in a LOT of comms he’s blue. Entirely my fault. In his game portrait my boy is very definitely purple.

I had in my mind for a long time that his Cha was 8. Had to reload the game to check and it’s 10. Did my boy dirty.

Also for a long time I thought the outcome of his final quest depended on dialogue choices throughout the previous acts but was wrong about that. It only depends on choices during the final quest itself. (That would have been cool though. And also potentially frustrating.)

In the game he’s Calistrian but in my head he doesn’t think about the gods much at all except to feel ignored by them, and in my fic he attracts the attention of Shelyn, which somewhat corresponds with the Romance Mod at least.

My hc Woljif is not a virgin even though that’s apparently canon, based on one dialogue with evil!Arue.

It did finally dawn on me that my hc Woljif is demi. I hc’ed that he had some sub-par experiences before Sia and wasn’t really into it. Sia just hit all the right buttons.

My hc Woljif is a teetotaler which also contradicts canon.

Anyway I love him dearly in all his various forms in all his various universes and I hope the fandom forgives me for it & also for flooding his tag

Just wanted to share: I've recently commented on a fic from 2016, an AU that the author has not touched in years. It was the only comment on that fic at all. And I got a very sweet reply from the author and ngl, this made my day. 💜 Moral? Everyone should comment on fics, no matter, how old they are. 💜

Hey mimi, i hope all is well, you're eating well, you're healthy you smile more, and your loved ones are okay, we really appreciate you taking your time to write these beautiful stories for us, i think i might have an idea that it's not easy at all, but you are so dedicated and that proves you work very hard, building up something as hard as writing a story with many words and sentences to include must be so tiring, out of everything i really hope you take your sweet time to write and construct your stories with every single chapter, make sure to block out any negativity coming your way, people will talk either way, don't pressure yourself with things that will happen eventually like updating a single chapter, if it's real they'll stay, even an audience of 5 people can make you feel powerfulpowerful, don't ever let anything drag you down, much love.
