To celebrate my 51 followers I shall now take drawing requests however before you request there are some rules you must follow.

I’ve been thinking about the Price Soulmate AU for a while. What if she gets diagnosed with a terminal disease? And since she doesn’t want to be a burden for him she hides it.  I mean just think about how tragic it would be ;-; He can feel her pain, but he doesn’t know why, and she’s not giving him an explanation, and by the time he learns the truth it’s already too late... (Whenever I think about it I get so sad...)

I think she has good intentions. Like you said, because he can feel her pain, which means he can vaguely feel the havoc that the disease is wrecking on her body. He probably calls her up, wants to know if there’s anything wrong but already got a late diagnosis and was told that her odds aren’t so good. She probably maxes out on pain killers every day so that he doesn’t feel it too, doesn’t want him to get distracted or to worry about her – he would, he’d drop everything and come back to her if he found out.

But based on her knowing how important his job is, she doesn’t tell him (and I don’t know if that makes her selfless or selfish for keeping it to herself).

Someone in the tags of the original post asked what would happen if his soulmate died. Considering that he didn’t realize he had a soulmate until the London Attack, her death would teach him what it really means to not have one.
