S5 really does build up the riddlebird of it all like they are catering directly to me which makes it more confusing as to why they shove the ‘brothers’ line in at the end

#my bet was on censorship except for the odd Babs/Tabs kiss on the lips of a corpse #(a la turin/beleg which makes me realize they have the same initials)#however Babs/Tabs still was written with that bizarre wording of ‘best friends’#so it seems to be censorship but more an odd tango with the expectations? who knows #kelsey liveblogs gotham #it’s as transparent as it is homophobic. yet not as homophobic as supernatural. which was more canon #in any case I’ll take my ‘I accept you’/‘meant to be’/‘it’s all led to us here. together’
