A few summers ago, you and your brother made the decision to get Sirius Black out of his abusive household. It was seriously one of the best decisions both you and James had ever made. Sirius seemed so much happier now that he actually lived with people who cared about him. And he seemed especially happy about getting to live with his significant other.

It was a hot summer day at the house, and no matter how high the AC was turned up, it didn't seem to help very much.

In an attempt to battle the heat, you and Sirius had resorted to sitting on the floor of your room in front of a fan that was turned up to its maximum setting. Two large glasses of ice water were sat next to the both of you and both glasses were half empty.

Sirius groaned as he slid down the wall that he was leaning against, moving to lay on his back.

"It's hot." He whined as he threw an arm over his face.

"Yeah," You agreed. "I noticed."

"I don't understand. It felt so nice yesterday and now it's absolutely scolding." He continued to complain.

You looked over at your boyfriend and chuckled. "I know why."

"Why?"

"It's cause yesterday you were going on and on about how nice the weather had been lately and-"

"Don't blame this on me!" He cut you off, sitting up and giving you a grin.

You couldn't argue with that. You rested your head on top of his and grabbed his hand, intertwining your fingers with his.

It was nice despite the fact that the both of you were sticky with sweat. You closed your eyes, enjoying the peaceful moment when your door opened.

"Y/n, do you know where the fan is-" James began to ask as he walked in. "Oh my God, of course you two are using it."

"We were hot." You told James.

"You'd both probably be less hot if you weren't laying on top of each other." He said as he leaned against your doorframe.

I must know a day in the life of Jervis

A day in Jervis' life

(I asked before he goes to work)

Note: As Jervis is here in France (read the pinned post) he has to change his name and find a job. Currently he is a neurologist for children and works for a clinic.

Morning:

Waking up at 7 am, directly takes a shower because he really HATES smelling bad at work (one day he was almost late, so he didn't have the time for a shower and then a kid said he smells bad to her mom ). Then he is getting dressed with clothes he prepared the day before.

Time for breakfast, without forgetting the tea, most of the time he makes toasts with butter and jam. One day we ate chocolate muesli and we noticed some cereal were stuck in the mouth (+I have braces 💀), so we stopped to take them.

Brushing the teeth, the hair and looking at the mirror to know if his face is clean and presentable.

Prepare his bag, with a phone, the keys, the computer, the files he took for home, etc... And the lunchbox with the food he made yesterday, generally a hot plate and a yoghurt.

He stays here, talking with me or watching TV before going to work at 8:30 am. He takes the bus to arrive at ≈8:45 am and prepares his work.

He starts at 9 am, studying on patients' IRM (and other things I forgot the name of, it's about the brain's O2 and CO2 transmission).

Noon:

LUUUUUUNCHTIIIIIIIIIME !!!

If the weather is sunny, he goes to the park next to the clinic to eat, he loves going outside now, as before he was afraid to get out as a Wayne Tech's neuroscientist, because Gotham is a dangerous city (then he was getting out more as the Mad Hatter).

If it's rainy, he stays in the clinic, even if his coworkers want to share the moment with him, he's still the coy Jervis Tetch.

After eating, he takes a walk (or not) until 2 pm at the end of lunchtime in the timetable.

Afternoon:

Visits are more numerous because children and parents coming to plan visits in their schedules are more available in the afternoon, especially when it's 5 pm.

He takes some files and his laptop to take his work at home. He finishes at 6 pm.

He takes his car and returns home.

Evening:

Ahhhhh now I can relaaaaaax 🤤.

He goes in the room and takes off his stuff, then joins me on the sofa and we talk a lot. He enjoys his free time to make a new hat, draw or again continues to make a Cheshire Cat bot, but he just made the blueprint. When my sister (4 years old) came and saw the drawing of the bot she pointed it with her finger and said "Meow meow cat!!!". Jervis' heart was melting of cuteness.

He takes a shower and then we eat dinner. Then he prepares his lunchbox with leftovers from the dish and chooses his clothes for the next day depending on the weather.

We go to bed and talk a lot AGAIN, read, sleep or else, it depends on the mood.

I think when I got to sign a field trip form myself was my first real feeling of being an adult... cuz like, my teacher passed me the form, I signed it myself and turned it in within a minute of getting it and it felt SO good and freeing doing that

2, I don't play any as of now (its too fucking hot to be playing sports imo 😒), but! I used to play a lot of soccer and basketball! I LOVED playing Soccer, esp as a goalie, even tho i lowkey sucked at it 🫢

Arwen: Arwen really hates cooking and figuring out food. She will if she has to but will hate every minute of her, so the best way to get to her heart is to organize that for her. If someone organizes it for her, whether it be cooking for her or getting her favorite takeout, she just melts. Marcia thankfully loves to cook, so they work well together lmao. Marcia: Marcia loves to be spoiled and told how wonderful and appreciated she is. She really loves experiences - fancy date nights, couples dates at the spa, impromptu weekend getaways….stuff like that. Saoirse: Saoirse really loves when people very obviously listen to her and remember things she’s said and act on those things. She teaches high school, and while she loves her students and what she does, it does get really frustrating sometimes because it can feel like she’s speaking to a wall and has to spend the majority of her day repeating herself. Someone hanging on her every word, and remembering something she’d said weeks ago and bringing it up later is something that just makes her feel SO special and loved. Jasmine: Little acts of service make Jasmine feel really loved. She’s so used to having to be hyper-competent at work and it makes her melt a bit when someone does something for her, even if she’s perfectly capable of and planning on doing something herself. Sometimes she’ll come home after a long, hard day of work, and the house is clean, and Saoirse’s just gotten dinner in the oven, and she kisses her cheek and tells her she’ll draw her a bath and pour her a glass of wine, and she’s all 🥺🥺🥺. It works platonically, too. If one of her coworkers takes the time to grab her a coffee from the cart without her asking, she just dies lmao

☕ - Coffee or tea?

Arwen: Arwen loves iced coffee no matter the weather. Even when it’s freezing, she prefers iced coffee over hot. She usually takes it with oat milk and whatever syrup she’s feeling that day, usually hazelnut vanilla. Marcia: Marcia is a tea kind of person. She loves all kinds of tea, but she tends to prefer earl gray or herbal teas. With earl gray, she takes it with a little bit of cream and sugar, and with herbal teas she’ll add a bit of honey. Not too much, just enough to give it a little bit of sweetness. Saoirse: Saoirse is a coffee person, preferably as black as her soul. Even better would be an IV of coffee directly into her veins, but that’s not possible yet lol. She really likes nitro cold brews, or just plain black coffee. Jasmine: Jasmine is neither a coffee or tea person. She doesn’t really like the taste of either, but will consent to drinking tea when she’s sick (only because her throat always hurts SO bad when she’s sick. That and cough drops are the only things that help). To get her caffeine fix, she usually opts for the largest size available of either Diet Coke or Coke Zero. 

💀 - How do they feel about horror movies?

Arwen: Arwen doesn’t really like horror movies. She thinks they’re dumb, and has no interest in watching them. Marcia: Marcia doesn’t like horror movies. She was raised really religious, and although she’s deconstructed years ago, she still doesn’t really fuck with spooky stuff. She doesn’t really believe in it anymore, but It’s just kind of a holdover from it being drilled into her head that horror and paranormal stuff is satanic lmao. Saoirse and Jasmine: They do enjoy horror movies, but really only during spooky season when they can really get in the mood for it. They won’t really watch any of them outside of October.

This might be kind of a boring answer, but I don’t really feel like any of these four ever try to impress their partner! They’re all pretty secure and established in their relationship, and any impressing they do is completely unintentional. •With P1 Dude, I see him being very sensitive to textures, clothes, and certain sounds. I also think hes very selective of what he eats.

•He has a hard time saying what he really means out loud so writing it down really helps. Like if he was trying to confess how much someone means to him he’d just say the most ‘basic’ thing out loud maybe but if he gets around to actually writing about his s/o, it’s literally probably the most romantic, thoughtful thing you’ve ever read in ur life :,) he’s very thoughtful and articulate in his writings.

•He’s still sensitive to certain things like P1 but he has no problem eating anything 💀 he’s not exactly to P4s point of eating pizza off the ground but he’s pretty close. He at least would like SOME idea of what he’s eating or where it came from.

•What he’s pretty close to with p1 sensitivity wise, is that certain textures can be a nightmare for him. Some are enough to fr piss him off and make him mad for the next half hour. (He also really hates when people give him shit for his trench coat bc it’s his literal favorite item ever. He loves the way it feels on him even in hot ass weather. He’d rather die of heat then take it off in public lol)

•WHEN HE DOES THAT ROCKING/SLIGHT BOUNCING THING IN GAME… where he’s not talking but is just rocking back and forth… that’s him stimming. He probably doesn’t even realize he does that all the time until someone points it out.

•Since he probably goes out way more than P1 ever did, he’s had more people tell him he’s weird for the way he acts daily. Like I’m sure p1 heard it a lot when he was younger but he became a shut in once he became a adult. p2 on the other hand is always going around town & surrounded by judgmental people all day so I’m sure he’s been called a few things :( but it’s ok since Dude ‘takes care of it’ if he feels like it needs to be taken care of 💀
