The room reserved that had been previously draped in black and white was now draped in black and gold. Rating Talia al Ghul’s Outfits:

*disclaimer this is just my personal opinion based on my style/taste and everyone style’s different so take this with a grain a salt*

1. Starting out LOVE the Matcha green color on her and we already know this girly can rock a skin tight leather anything at this point. Personally, wouldn’t have added a belt but we know if miss girl can incorporate an accessory to her look she will take the opportunity. It does bring more attention to her shape because it hits right under her natural waistline that, mixed with how the neckline hits, creates a nice harmony that compliments her figure well. I’ll give the nails a bonus point as well. My only downside is that while cute it would be a headache to wear with that fabric all day. I know queen is picking the wedgies out left and right when she wears this. Also she only has a front zipper which means she has to peel off that entire suit just to use the bathroom especially when it’s hot outside. With all that being said I’ll give it 6/10. The color of the suit with the nails is to die for but while it’s aesthetically is cute it’s a little underwhelming. Also the idea of trying to peel that off at the end of a long day is a no for me.

2. Love Love Lovveeee this one!! Her in vibrant pinks slay every time it’s always a vibe like you go you dramatic lil groovy barbiecore gal 💞 Anyways getting onto the look the waistline is gorgeous it looks like either gold boning or fabric draped down along the body whatever it is it’s stunning and adds a dramatic yet dainty detail. I’m also loving the pleats on the skirt and the sleek sophisticated yet playful feel the fabric and sleeves gives her. I know this one is a specific type of taste but personally it’s a yes for me I’d give this one an 10/10 Ik Ik it’s only the 2nd one I’ve rated but I’m a big fan of this look and am always here for a good high neck moment also feeling the slit yes queen get the airflow. That is one downside of the dress is the slit fairly high so prone it accidentally flashing and some people could find the high neck stiff and restricting but overall with the shape, color, fabric, the gold on the dress paired with matching gold bracelets the look gives a very feminine elegance that while soft makes a powerful statement.

3. …..total early 2010s vibes with the chunky bracelet paired with the even chunkier necklace. It’s perfect for the era of when this comic came out but I’m sorry it’s not the vibe personally. Love the shoes and the blouse but just maybe not with that skirt paired together. Or you know what the outfit is do able I take that back the combo isn’t too bad. It’s just not the best for what she’s trying to do like I’m sorry this doesn’t scream “I’m the woman who’s going to world dominate and take your business” she’s still girl bossing and dominating yes, but in a Vegas Nightclub Receptionist way. Which isn’t a bad thing I say that as someone from there. It’s just idk something about it ain’t hitting. My baby is always pretty and her hair flows gorgeously in harmony with her blouse maybe it’s her stance the photo but idk I’d give it a 3.5/10. 🤷‍♀️

4. A simple look but she does her job bringing back the hot pink in the form of cargo pants. It’s Talia’s world and everyone else just lives in to when she walks around in pink. Her blouse is super cute and length of her sleeves give her a “let’s get down to business” energy. It’s not her most over the top and flashier moments but it’s giving effortless intelligent beauty who might or might not be some sort of doctor/professor. I’d give it a 7/10 nothing bad aesthetic wise and comfort wise you’re pretty set. A little bit on the basic side for someone like Talia but for someone who constantly wears statement pieces. A casual civilian moment is refreshing to see on someone like her. Definitely a perfect outfit to for a cute hiking date or mission with Bruce. Not high enough to be a 10 but too cute of an outfit to be a 5.

5. Yeah you know not really feeling this one either. I know different artist have done variants of this suit but no matter the art style it just doesn’t do any thing for me aesthetic wise. Like idk what it is about it because I ofc love white on her and I can appreciate the symbolism behind the suit but idk i feel like they could of gone different directions. The suit just is a little stiff looking. Which I know that is the point of the look but I’m sure she definitely not comfortable imagine getting a back itch in this outfit not the vibe. The gloves are little too medical feeling especially with the straight jacket looking bands. I know I’m tearing into this one but a positive of the look is the texture of the suit I do like that added detailing gives her a bite of a regal white knight in shining armor feel. Overall would give it only a 3/10.

6. Idk about y’all but I’m feeling the long slit midi skirt with the black garter or weapon giving a free little show. The whole ensemble all together gave camp steampunk pirate feel in the best way. What I’ve learned making this post is that our girl loves a good blouse and any outfit she pair with it. The sleeves on this one is a lot more of a puffier bishop than the ones she’d d normally wear. I also really like the little belt she has sitting at her natural waist with the gold in the center. It’s a tiny detail but the gold on the belt pick up on the gold rose on her skirt. I’d rate this one a solid 8/10 maybe that’s too high of a rating but it’s different it’s dramatic without it being too over the top. Very Talia as well. 🏴‍☠️

7. It’s iconic, it’s an OG style on the queen we all know and love just with added accessories. Always the moment whenever she wears this type of style dress and she knows it. It’s a 9.5/10 ofccc! Love the plunging neckline again personally wouldn’t of done a belt if so maybe a gold one to pair with the gold jewelry but maybe that would of been too much gold and draw too much attention. Her shoes are so cute and look comfy which is a plus. Her cape piece and how the fabric falls gives her such an ethereal but modern essence when she walks through the door.

9. Another iconic look from an iconic moment. She reminds me of the blue fairy from Pinocchio. The twinkle in the night serving femme fatale but also girl next door at the same time with the pink dainty shoes. A simple but timeless dress comfortable enough to tend to Bruce’s wounds while also looking good. Some people might say it give night gown vibes but in a 13 going on 30 way. I’d give it a 7/10

10. Basically her high neck pink dress but in a sun-kissed orange and more gold accents with a ruby gem draped over her waistline with a slit. My god and though SLEEVES giving Shakespearean vibes ! 😍 Since it’s a version of the other one ofc I’m going to give it a 10/10 🧡

SHANG TSUNG'S ISLAND

The island: absolutely breathtaking views. Tropical paradise. Various old structures and architecture of many many various eras and dynasties of China. Sometimes you can feel the island like it's alive....how ominous. Shang tsung says the island is in a realm of its own. A pocket dimension,not quite affected the same way as the realms it connects to. It sorta of is timeless,much like the man who rules it...still wonder what he means by this.

But overall it has lovely shores and beaches. Lavish courtyards and gardens. It has an upper courtyard,and lower. The Lower courtyard is mostly for guests,kombatants when there is a tournament,servents and guards. The upper courtyard is for me and shang tsung. He doesn't let anyone wander around in it unless he invites you. Which he does rarely.

The interior: the interior is traditional but has modern facilities. (Look shang is old but come on man!)

Tho he does have a traditional kitchen and a modern. But the modern one is his personal one near his living quarters. The rest of the inner palace is still got an old school vibe.

The inner palace/private living quarters:The bed chambers is lavish. Large. Silks,velvets,gold,red. *sigh* . Beautiful.

Shang's private kitchen,bathroom,hot spring,etc is all connected.

Armor/clothing:has beautiful armor and a ceremonial sword in his bed chambers too.

Some armor is for kombat. Some is ceremonial. Either way it's always beautiful to look at.

I too have lovely outfits. Aren't they great?

My magic apprentice outfit. Sorceress in training if you will. (Not exactly how i had it,but it was closest to i could find)

Also our accessories too

Shang and i (lady tsung) have snake rings. A pendent that helps my magic training. Master tsung has a snake flask(with what alcohol or its contents, i dare not ask him) and a dragon pipe for Tobacco(or other substances im sure).

Throne room:Shang tsung's throne room is also breathtaking. A Large room,holden dragons,the tournament master private dining room, a small courtyard next to it. Isn't it lovely?

You wake up to the sound of your alarm clock, groaning as you don't want to get up but the constant noise forces you to move your body to turn it off. Your body is sore, probably from sleeping in an uncomfortable position.

You drag yourself out of bed and head to your private bathroom to wash your body and face, hoping to calm the soreness. You can smell breakfast coming from the kitchen and you realize it's your close friend and roommate, Anna.

You quickly get dressed and head to the kitchen, where you're greeted by a plate of bacon prepared by your friend.

"Good morning, sleepyhead," she says with a wave, indicating for you to eat.

You yawn, "Hey...you're up early today."

She laughs and turns back to her breakfast. You finish your breakfast quickly. "You have a 10 AM appointment for your new job, remember?"

Your eyes widen, your new job! You had completely forgotten! Yes, you had become a receptionist for a very popular company that's been on the rise in the market.

The company's name? "Stray Kids Corporation"

A company started by a very talented young man from nothing. And very handsome and popular in the marriage market and around you.

You change into a more formal outfit, as your current one is not suitable for the position you'll be taking. You put on a black two-piece suit with gold accessories and take the time to put on a little makeup, as per the company's rules.

Finally, you grab your purse and head towards the front door, slipping on your heels to complete your look.

A whistle sounds in your ears. "Not bad at all, I love it, it suits you very well. Maybe with that, you'll finally find a man," teases Anna with a thumb up.

You roll your eyes, "Thanks, and I'm here to work, not to chase men," you say with a big smile, making your friend laugh as she pushes you out of the apartment.

"Come on, go, you'll be late. And don't get fired on your first day!!! I won't be able to help you find another job after!" she screams as you walk away towards the elevator, rolling your eyes as you press the button for the ground floor.

Anxiety builds up a little as you start fidgeting with your fingers, an old habit you picked up as a child that you still can't shake. The elevator doors open and you step out, taking a deep breath and making your way to the Stray Kids Corporation building.

About twenty minutes later, you arrived at the building, finally. In front of you stood a tall building, 30 floors, you estimated at first glance. Large windows were everywhere and luxurious automatic doors were waiting for you to pass through.

You were very intimidated and headed towards them, finally entering the building. There was gold everywhere, they must be really rich, you thought to yourself.

A woman approached you, she was tall and had long black hair.

"Mrs. Y/N?" she asked with a questioning look.

You smiled at her, "Yes, that's me." You showed her your ID card, proving your identity.

"Oh no no!" she quickly placed her hand on yours holding the ID card before bowing slightly "No need Ms. I already know who you are. Can you follow me? I will show you your post," she indicated with her hand towards the elevator before heading there.

You followed her towards the elevator, which took you to the 37th floor.

"Please excuse my rudeness, my name is Julie and I am Mr. Bang's secretary," she says with a smile.

You were surprised, why was the founder's secretary the one who greeted you?

Your curiosity got the best of you and you couldn't help but ask with a half-smile, still fidgeting with your fingers

She gave you a reassuring look "Don't worry Mrs. Y/N, it's just formalities, we have to verify that you are a Beta, not an Omega," she replied.

Your eyebrow raised in confusion, why wouldn't Omegas be allowed here and Betas would be okay? What about Alphas?

Julie understood your questions with just a glance but didn't answer, which only increased your doubts about the situation.

You followed her into a dimly lit room with a table and two chairs on either side.

With a gesture of her hand, you sit on the chair she indicated, in complete silence with only the sound of the chair creaking when your bottom sits on it.

"Good. Now I'll leave you to wait for a moment, Mr. Bang's right-hand man will arrive soon to explain your tasks and the contract signing." She said with a big smile, in a serious tone.

She left the room, leaving you alone for a moment with only your thoughts to keep you company.

Time passed and after about twenty minutes, the door finally opened. You quickly stand and bow, quickly realizing that it was the famous right-hand man.

The man adjusted his suit jacket as he looked at you, before offering his hand for a handshake, which you quickly took. You took the opportunity to observe him, his face expressionless, black hair, tall and imposing. You noticed that he looked like he worked out, judging by how strong he looked.

His hand was rough against yours, another sign that he did indeed work out, his gaze pierced through you and you were hypnotized by his beauty.

"Good morning, Mrs. Y/N. I am Mr. Lee and I welcome you to our company. He said with a slight smile, having clearly seen you leering at his body.

You blushed, pulling your hand away quickly and trying to hide your face.

A smell came to your nostrils, it smelled good. Was it coming from him? Was he an... Alpha? It wouldn't have been surprising, to see his body, his presence was suffocating. You felt that he was capable of devouring you if he wanted to.

You were the prey and he was the hunter. A shiver went through you at the idea of being dominated, which excited you slightly.

What's wrong with you? I'm not going to drool over the first man I see here, am I? Who do I think I am? You say to yourself, slapping yourself in the face to get these twisted ideas out of your head.

You looked up, you hadn't noticed that you were sitting on the chair he had indicated, too deep in thought to pay attention. He was now sitting on the other chair, on the other side of the table.

His gaze was cold with a false smile and he handed you a paper. Your employment contracts. "Please read and sign.” He said, placing a pen next to it.

You quickly read the contract before signing it and turning it back to him, he took the paper and signed it back with a satisfied look on his face when the formalities were over.

He got up and you followed him out of the room.

Suddenly, when you saw Julie, you remembered what she had told you earlier.

"Um... Mr. Lee, can I ask you a question?" You asked as you waddled over, playing with your fingers again.

The man turned around, fixing his gaze on yours in a way you couldn't escape. "I'm listening Y/N."

"Well, I was told earlier that I had to be verified as a Beta. Is there a problem with me being one?"

He smiled, a nice cold smile that, despite the situation was reassuring. "Ah. That. If you must know, our president, Mr. Bang is an Alpha and does not wish to be bothered by the smell of these frail little things that might disturb him in his work." he explained.

You were surprised, Omega's were really frowned upon everywhere, even by the Alphas.

"Are you an Alpha sir?” You stammered, his scent coming back to your nostrils as he approached you and grabbed your chin rather roughly, forcing you to look into his eyes as they scanned your face.

"Maybe so. But I don't think it's any of your business Miss Y/N." He replied, releasing your chin and walking away. He ordered, glancing at the colleague who was a few steps away from you both in the corridor, pretending not to have heard or seen anything of the discussion you had.

He took you to a large open space, where there were dozens of people working on their tasks. He showed you to your station, a small desk with a computer and a telephone.

"Your main tasks will be to answer the phone, make appointments, and manage emails. You will also be in charge of welcoming clients and partners of the company," he tells you, explaining the details of your job.

You listened carefully, nodding to show you understood. He also gave you a guide to using the different IT tools and a map to find your way around the building.

You felt a little lost, but excited to get to know this new company and its employees. He then let you familiarise yourself with it all and said he would come back later to check that everything was going well.

So, you set to work, answering calls, making appointments, and dealing with emails. The hours passed and before you knew it, it was already time for lunch.

You got up from your desk and headed to the break room, where you met some of your new colleagues. They were all very nice and made you feel welcome. You chatted with them during the lunch break and got to know them a little better.

I don't qualify for LASIK bc my prescription is so high (-10 L -12 R and astigmatism on top of that) so my only option is ICL, which is significantly more expensive. LASIK costs around 1000-4000 USD per eye. ICL is 3500- 5000 USD per eye. and since it's considered cosmetic my insurance won't copay.
