Koçfestin ardından 1 hafta yattım. İlk idmanlar zor idi ziyadesiyle. Çünkü hamlamışım.

Salı günü 5 tane 150m koştum. Derece almadım. Tek başıma yaptım zaten idmanı. Önünde arkasında klasik ısınma-soğuma.
