The friend they’re talking about is this one who met H when he was in Argentina in 2018 during his HS1 tour. She was wearing this shirt at the time and he signed a bunch of things for her. I believe she told him at the time that Louis was her favorite (she has a Louis tattoo).

Not sure if you can see this link, but Amy is still getting old (fake) Larry receipts in 2022??? And having over 200 notes!!! This one is from a Burberry store back in 2016 when H&L came in together for Louis to get fitted for a suit and they were being very touchy with each other. And of course she had to sign an NDA at the time but she thinks it’s expired by now. Oh and Harry thought she was so funny because she was starstruck and he left his autograph for her. Okay anon I had to come across some twitter threads to see what you were getting at and let's sum it up yeah, a list of coincidences, things to do with larry and Chicago. I'm probably gonna miss a bunch (and prob not gonna list a bunch of others- i barely see the logic in these being intentional already), soo its a bunch of things that are in the realm of chicago + bears + phones/calling + home coinciding? I guess? Anyway:

Obviously the main point that's making us talk about this is Louis releases the song Chicago. With lines like "if you're lonely in Chicago you can call me (baby)" (that's not whole the takeaway of the song but I'm bringing in TSBL in a later point so we're highlighting her)

Adding here he said its half based on real events half theoretical, and he does have an affiliation to Chicago:

To start off with your points, during Harry's Chicago residency in October 2022, there was a phone booth at the venue and llama Doris posted about it (they havent much since :( ), with a description about calling Home.

I still follow a number of Larrie blogs and there is so much Louis thirst so I don't know where you're looking. Amy, saintqueer, wasteland, aliensyndrome, genuinemusic all lust over him and talk about his face hair and body.

Okay, truce! This is my own fault, as I can’t trust anyone who finds Harry Styles attractive.

Also… these Larries all think Louis DESERVES to be “lesser than.” Harry Styles 5/5, Louis Tomlinson 4/5, am I right? Objectively they have all said the same thing. Louis has been sabotaged (by a mysterious never-to-be-investigated entity), but he also chose it and is happy with it, chasing his actual-superstar-husband all over the world.

These Larries complain about how unscrupulous Ticketmaster is (when the CEO of Live Nation himself says the artist sets the concert prices), but the minute Harry released tickets, they were calculating the cost of airfare to see him. They said it on their blogs. But it’s too much work to stream a Louis Tomlinson concert, and how DARE he charge for AFHF 2022.

I’m going to predict that as soon as Harry’s tour starts, all of these Harries will start finding shadows in his venues that look like Louis, and receipts will crawl out of the woodworks sighting Louis at Harry’s venues.

However! Louis has been on tour for four months! 51 concerts so far! Huge venues where there are lots and lots of discreet hiding spots!

Grain of salt - shakers full of salt maybe - Louis is performing in Bogota. A security guard in Bogota says Harry is there and refers to him as Louis' boyfriend.

A video of Harry at a London party mixing drinks makes the rounds, and then some additional stunting and papping so I'm saying it's unlikely.

Although I will say Louis made the venue a rainbow that night so anything is possible.

Mod, you use the word 'worry' a lot. What worries you about a scenario where Harry and Louis weren't/aren't together, where they're both in relationships with women (regardless of how they privately identify)?

I guess I look at all this and I think, what is the drama if people are wrong? I've never understood why people seem to care so much about these two men! It won't affect them if all these receipts are wrong. They are living their lives.

To me, they are entirely capable of being who they want to be, need to be, in private, without any support from fans, and they've both said as much (in different ways). So it makes me think this isn't about them at all.

Are you more worried about your own identity as part of a fan group, or are you worried about them? It's a genuine question, not snarky!

Hm. That's a good question. I guess there are three main causes for my worry.

Firstly, the fans. My honest observation is that a lot of Larries are young queer kids who relate to the narrative and find community and clarity about their own identities through it. The LGBTQ+ presence during OTRA and now at Louis' shows is proof of that. If Larry wasn't real, there are plenty of other true stories of queer resilience that arguably would have been a better outlet. However, if Larry served a purpose then maybe it doesn't matter whether it was true or not.

Secondly, Harry and Louis' public partners. Even though not all Larries actively harass the women H/L date, virtually all Larries believe those women are "stunts" and "beards" and don't have a high opinion of them. Regardless of whether Larry was real or not, I feel badly about the way it's affected H/L's public partners. And if some or all of those relationships were genuine, then I feel badly that those women were viewed as something they are not. (And don't even get me started on Freddie.)

Thirdly and most importantly: If Larry wasn't real, then Harry, Louis, and everyone around them have baited fans mercilessly (and continue to do so). I fully acknowledge that some (maybe a lot) of Larry "proof" and "signals" are likely coincidence or misinterpretation. But from the Mario Kart interview, to the lyric changes onstage, to the bears, to songs like "Something Great" and "Habit," to whatever the heck is happening during LTWT, Harry and Louis have fed Larry for years. And if it wasn't real (or it was short-lived), that's dishonest. And it's a lie that Harry and Louis continue to profit from. It costs them in other ways, but Larries are very engaged fans and they spend a lot of money - that cannot be overlooked. Furthermore, this lie takes advantage of queer fans and feeds them a false narrative (and this is true even if Harry and/or Louis are queer, but not currently together). And it's a lie that has ramifications for Harry and Louis' partners and families.

I guess that's what worries me most - the fact that Harry and Louis continue to play into Larry. It's either real, or it's baiting, or it's a little bit of both. And all of those options make me uncomfortable at this point. I mean, if Louis is expecting Eleanor to play the part of his public girlfriend, then he should play the part of her boyfriend, no? For the entire time they've been together, she's always been respectful of him and never given anyone a reason to question the "realness" of the relationship. And then Louis is out there pointing to Larry signs. Whichever way you slice it, I feel like someone is getting used and misled.

And in 2022, I just don't think the Larrie narrative is entirely correct. It's clear (to me) that we misinterpreted something - maybe a lot. And that worries me, too. From a personal standpoint, I don't know how to address that uncertainty on this blog. And more broadly, it brings me back to the question of baiting and what that means for queer fans. I don't understand why so many Larries are unwilling to reevaluate some of their beliefs. Likewise, I don't understand why Harry and Louis would feed the Larrie narrative as it currently stands (especially if Louis thinks it's disrespectful to his son). I just think there are very real consequences associated with being wrong. But I also don't really know what's "right" anymore, either.

On some level, the way to make sense of all of this would be to say, "Harry and Louis actually aren't feeding Larry." But I could never, ever get behind that idea. Not completely. If nothing else, what I witnessed at Louis' two LA shows proved to me that he's playing around with Larry in more ways than one.

yeah i noticed that too, i've already talked about this before but i think we all have to collectively agree to don't give a fuck about deuxmoi in ANY kind of way. interacting and talking about stuff she post related to harry or louis is one of the reasons why she keep posting shit, because we (as a fandom) give her the clout she wants. also, i agree some larries are kind of hypocrites when it comes to choose what to believe and what not. like of course we are gonna believe the stunt (for example) is fake and we are not gonna believe articles or receipts or "inside info" etc but sometimes does suprise me how these same #nostuntsbuzzinglarries (or whatever the fuck they call themselves nowadays) believe a larry receipt coming from a tumblr anon whose story has inconsistences and no proof but not stuff related to their careers sometimes. im well aware its not all and not all the time but i tend to be 🙄 when i see them complaining about louis talking to a random girl in a bar but then posting a random lyric from tmh as the most undeniable proof ever existed.
