What to do while f4st1ng (⁠◍⁠•⁠ᴗ⁠•⁠◍⁠)⁠✧⁠*⁠。!!
Study. Distract yourself from hunger with knowledge, our goal is low bmi high grades, it girls don't fail classes.
Watch movies/series. You never think of food while watching an interesting show, find something you like and watch it. It can be anything.
Write. I personally write poetry and novels, but you can write in your diary or things you want to do.
Exercise. I will always recommend exercising, it's fun, it's distractive and it's helpful for your weight loss.
Clean. Sweeping or moping your bedroom will make you forget about food and also it girls always have perfect bedrooms.
Look at grosspo. Everytime i feel hunger that doesn't go away after chugging water, i search for grosspo on edtwt, it works perfectly.
Organize your thinspo board. Find new pictures, print your body goals, keep yourself focus on your weight loss.

I worked out for a bit less than an hour, this is a reminder to get your fat ass up and work out. Stop looking at thinspo on Tumblr, by not doing anything and eating like a fat pig, you will remain a fat pig. It can be anything, just make yourself exhausted like you should be. After you do, drink water and get exhausted again and again. Even if it takes a lot of tries, try longer than 25 minutes. I know you can do it, you'll get there.
