Today after telling a psy nurse all of my symptoms of anorexia she asked " do you purge ? " I said no, she asked " do you eat 3 meals a day ? " and I said yes and she answered " you're not anorexic "
So good bye bitches I'm not anorexic anymore I'm cured because I don't purge and I eat yay ! I eat 900cal a day, count everything that I eat religiously, feel bad if I go over 900 and skip meals if I'm at the limit, cry if I go to a restaurant, weigh myself everyday, feel good when I feel my stomach's empty, cry if I take 100g, stopped eating certain foods that aren't considered "unhealthy", got stomach pain because I only ate cucumbers for days, need to hide my ana because my lover would worry and tried to purge, but I'm not anorexic !!!

My double chin is fucking gone.
My pant sizes? Shrinking.
From a size 22 to a fucking 14.
I still have so so much work to do, but I’ll do it. I’ll do it and it’ll feel so good.
Just like it’s happening for this fat bitch, it’ll happen for you too. Get off your ass and do it. It’s hard as hell, but the feeling I have right now? Worth it.
Keep imagining that number getting lower and lower.
Seeing real results will be the thing that keeps you from quitting.

when drinking black coffee on fasts, add salt. Coffee and salt weirdly taste good together and you get your electrolytes. I cannot stress how helpful electrolytes are so have them where you can!

- try a new makeup/hair style
- make an entirely new spotify playlist with songs you've never listened to! try different albums and artists. super fun to expand your taste
- make a new pinterest board! working on one that's future you based is so fun. act like you're designing your new apartment, style, life!
- hobbies you probs haven't done in a while: draw & color, play instrument, sew/crochet/embroider, read, etc
- clean your room!! get your steps in, listen to fun music
- call your friends and play an online game :3 cards against humanity, among us (idc how corny), roblox
- "online shop"
- if you can hold yourself accountable to not eat: watch movies, tv shows, yt vids. long commentary videos on youtube are great, they pass sm time (nexpo and mina le ❤️🩹)
- if you seriously are sitting with a plate of food debating whether or not to eat it, spray perfume on it!!!!
past time and not think about food: SLEEP!
