things to do instead of eating (my list version ;))
look for outfits on pinterest or where you normally look;
read a book;
write poetry (i like to write lol);
watch something i enjoy watching when i don’t have anything else to watch, like the walking dead or streamers;
do workouts or plan workouts;
plan meals and watch the calories;
try new makeups;
play valorant;
practice music or dance for shows/competitions;
write songs;
listen to music;
study;
write stuff about ana on a notebook that I have only for that (if you don't do that i recommend you to start doing it, it really helps);
