I don't think I'm cut out for 9-to-5 jobs. I hate having to write some fanfiction cover letter to a idiot employer who doesn't know the difference between "their," "there," and "they're." just for them to throw it away bc the AI didn't find the correct buzzwords, or they found someone more desperate than me. and the pay for the job won't ever be worth the stress they put you through bc they refuse to train you properly for the job.

I'm starting to think I actually should go into acting or entertainment. with how this job market is going (demanding full obedience & compliance from people while there is no guarantee for employment), there might be a big shift where people want to be their own boss.

anytime i wander into the abyss of other social media sites (instagram, linkedin, etc), i feel like a lost soul seized on all sides by the horrors and then i come back to tumblr, and it's like i'm home again <3

save for a few days at the start, I've consistently kept a diary for all of my twenties. isn't that insane? the fact that I have everything that has happened to me the past five years written down. the first time I met everyone who later got a part in my life, all the good and the bad news as I received them, every twist and turn and up and down, it is crazy that I've managed to keep up with it

I thought there were many trans/nb people on my uni (animation/games/vfx) course when I was on it 5-7 years ago and there were like 5 of us in each year group, but the sheer amount of ppl I found out afterwards have transed their gender since (2 in my year group, 1 lecturer, and 1 in the year group above and below ours to my knowledge at current count if I haven’t forgotten about anyone) is both impressive and fairly unsurprising
