So the about me: I went from 289-210lbs in 2017. I maintained the weight loss for the most in 2018. (Right now I’m heavier due to a vacation I’m wrapping up now, at about 215). I did this through The Camp Transformation Center. 6 week challenges where I lost 20lbs in 6 weeks and did that a few times. HIIT Bootcamp 5-6 times a week, high protein and low carbs.
What I want: I really want to get to about 160. I have a lot of belly fat that refuses to go down. I have been wanting to try keto for a while as well. I love spartan races and lifting.
My reservations: I’m admittedly scared to try the bootcamp. It’s not cheap, but that’s okay. I want to know how others feel about the results. I want to see the scale go down! And look good! Any advice? Should I sign up?
